Note:  So - there really are judges out there that are not corrupt.  This one should  be used as a model for the rest.  Signs of life from all branches of government must be felt by the public - this is a great start.  Some political groups will try to make hay of this by waiting for one crook the cause some trouble - and blame his/her crimes on not having had a GPS bolted to their skull -
