Scalia: Guns May be Regulated (Except guns needed to protect Him)

Consider the following snippet from this link:

"Justice Antonin Scalia, one of the Supreme Court's most vocal and conservative justices, said on Sunday that the Second Amendment leaves room for U.S. legislatures to regulate guns, including menacing hand-held weapons.
...

Scalia, a septuagenarian, said he had given no thought to retiring. "My wife doesn't want me hanging around the house," he joked. But he did say he would try to time his retirement from the court so that a justice of similar conservative sentiments would take his place, presumably as the appointee of a Republican president. "Of course I would not like to be replaced by somebody who sets out immediately to undo" what he has spent decades trying to achieve, the justice said."

We've heard the term "activist" judge before, and are treated to an example to drive the point home.

I find it a bit biased when the article calls hand-held weapons "menacing" - but never explains WHY they are menacing - or to who/whom they are menacing.

Let me tell you what I find menacing - a judge who thinks he knows better than our founding fathers - a judge who has such a high opinion of himself - that he will manipulate his retirement to maintain the anti-gun bias of the supreme court beyond the day he finally kicks the bucket or retires.  Thanks judge!

Another notion I find "menacing" is being faced with a situation where I'm watching a movie and a crazed gunman opens fire - I have no weapon.  Now THAT'S MENACING!  Take a look at this billboard:

http://www.kboi2.com/news/local/billboard-James-Holmes-Idaho-President-Obama-kboi-164065466.html

I don't want anybody to get the impression that ALL guns will eventually be eliminated by society if activist judges, short-sighted believers and garden-variety-nitwits have their way - on the contrary.  Guns and Ammo will be plentiful - just not for YOU or ME.

The right to bear arms will be maintained by those who have the power of arms to excercise their right.  That means those guarding Scalia's courtroom etc... - he won't take their guns - oh no.  Just yours so during the next home invasion by police because they came to the wrong pot-smoker's house - the kids can watch the pigs kill the dogs and bust a coupla' caps in granny if they feel like it.

The right to bear arms will be alive and well - with better guns and better ammo available to criminals who have the dough the pay off the right people and purchase the goods.  It's always been about the money - and the power.

My friends - the best way to fight back against this grab for power and ultimate domination of a public is for everyone with the means to arm now, don't forget the ammo - and practice, practice practice.

It has been, is, and always will be a FACT of LIFE that ultimately YOU are responsible for your own safety.  If a firearm is necessary it is your duty to arm yourself accordingly and know how to use that firearm effectively.

It may be a sad testament to the progress of mankind, that YOU or I must arm ourselves.  That we must consider the possibility that someday - we might face a moment where our firearm is the only way to bring an end to the opening scenes of a horror show - and everyone will be depending on YOU or ME because they were too stupid to arm themselves in THEIR shortsightedness.  People like gun-grabber Schumer - oh that's right - I read that he has a special permit to arm himself up there in NYC.  People like Scalia - hmmmmm - I dunno - maybe he's armed too?  People like Barbara Boxer or that other crazy beeICEETEEH Senator out there in California that have the security of firearms protection - yet have devoted decades to hanging the rest of us out to dry - leaving YOU and ME to face the crime wave their mismanagement of this nation has predictably set upon us.  Yes - it's sad but true - a firearm is a pretty good start if you don't want to live in servitude.

The ONLY reason for the disarmament of ANY population is in preparation for TYRANNY.

Forewarned is forearmed?  Not quite - not until you buy the guns and ammo and learn how to use them.

Where are the Gun-Grabbers when a cop kills ?

Corporate "News" is propaganda.  They take money and deliver the made-up-minds in exchange.  But there are some subjects our fascist media must withhold from YOU and ME - because to report those subjects objectively would be to expose crime.  Obviously the fascist media find exposing crime a less desirable option than complicity in crime.

The following paragraphs etc... are for your consideration as a differing viewpoint than is available from the fascists and their marketers tasked with selling you their version of the story, rather than what YOU or I may conclude if we were given all of the unfiltered information on all issues so we can make voting actually matter once the actual ballot process/voting machine scam has been fixed and the crooks that are guilty of stealing our ELECTIONS are punished.  We have serious issues today and will face serious issues tomorrow. I hope the information is useful to the reader.

Some Stuff Never Becomes News
When I look for news - I'm looking for something "new."  Aren't you?

That's one of the most rewarding  aspects of each news-cycle - at least for me.  That's why, when it comes to murderers trained with my money by my government - the "news" is generally boring - because there's nothing new.  Under close scrutiny -  the "new s" today consists of "re-runs."

Gun-grabbers cycles of activity as predictable as cricket chirp frequency.  (Chirp Frequency related to temperature of their environment.....Gun-grabbers turn invisible - or vanish predictably in a similar fashion)

Consider the video several paragraphs down and ask yourself - Where are all the gun-grabbers when the gun used to slaughter an unarmed man - was fired by a cop?

Are they missing Suddenly to avoid the logical contrasts that are sure to occur to citizens as their obviously dumb-idea-solution to ending violence  - the disarming of people only leaves opportunities for those with guns to overpower those not armed.

Their propaganda is revealed as their reasoning breaks down.  Suddenly the gun-grabbers crawl back into their think-tanks, beds, caves to lay low for enough time for a "Cop shoots unarmed man to death" story to die while the media buries it for their buddies in the PO-Leese.

Our policeman's-jackboot-licking media, the lackeys of the "war is good" and "shoot no matter what" crowds are as much to blame  for taking the money of the money-and-market manipulators then propagating their evil agendas - with no regard for the damage and future destruction they bring to the liberty of their nation and fellow citizens.

No - gun grabbers cannot blame the gun, because the action they recommend to stop unarmed citizens from criminals or unarmed citizens from cops - is the same - take away their guns.

So the gun-grabbers hide for the next real or government-set-up, where citizens or anybody is killed with guns - and the guns are blamed - and the idiotic proposed solution to take guns away is sold one more time by the repeater-media, and the laws are printed and bound for the next axe-law waiting in the wings to take another chop out of the tree of liberty.

What did somebody say about watering the Tree of Liberty?

Watching the video - our first impression-and the most lasting ........  It appears as though enough people are finally confronting the government and getting active.   Our emotional reaction to such cacophonous gatherings is a "good" "feeling"allowing We The People a temporary relief from the reality of the terrorist threat we all know that Amerikan cops  are to all of us.  We allow ourselves a few moments of childish fantasy - that finally - the cops will be brought back under control like they were in the past - when cops were armed with a six-shooter they never needed to use - a pre-September 11, 2001 America - a time when most cops retiring without having ever discharged their service weapons in the line of duty.   We watch the crowd chant (and hold hands and sing Qoom-by-Ah)during the  the cop-boss explain away why another US citizen needed killing.   We are told by the (surely unbiased) cop-boss that the cop did what had to be done under the circumstances - and the cop HAD TO SHOOT THE US CITIZEN TO DEATH.  There was no other alternative or else the cop would have used it. "Non-lethal" (really?) Tasers have not yet been invented....uh wait....I mean   to use as substitutes for    Yep - finally we've come to that great U-turn here at the bottom of the Amerikan dungeon we've been living in and paying for ...... we can finally relax and wait for the verdict - with justice served -  right?  Isn't this just great? We are assured by the boss-cops that a thorough and unbiased investigation is already underway by (surely unbiased) cop-connected cover-up cronies with impressive-sounding official titles.  Ahhhhhhhh!  Breath that sigh of belief!
Yes!  At last!  The cops understand that we are fed up!  They are going to police themselves and kick out the trigger-happy members of their private shooting club!------NOT!
Bull-sh#t!  They will do nothing except calmly explain away another murder.
Every day, with increasing frequency, the cops are murdering, beating, and tasing my fellow citizens in more creative, absurd, obscene, arrogant, and fearless ways.  Yes - the method of citizen-slaughter in which the cops , SS men, and all ranks of government goons employ to murder us is "new" news.  But what remains the same in most stories is that they escape justice.  Maybe not entirely - but they won't face justice like YOU or I would face justice.  Would you care to consider the following LINK HERE on latest developments on story where an SS member, while in Hawaii, shot an unarmed  young man to death after both brawled at Mickeydees in the wee hours of the morning? I won't know, and neither will you, whether or not SS-shooter Deedy was drinking that night since he refused a test for booze.  As far as the young man the SS shot to death he give permission for a full drug test-during-autopsy-by proxy... since - well - he's.......dead.  That's D.E.A.D.  - you know - just like the Bill of Rights and Constitution of the United States. From the above link:
"Somewhat oddly, Deedy’s attorney has also previously claimed the agent was acting in self-defense and/or in his lawful capacity as a law enforcement officer.
Oddly oddly, a federal judge in Virginia ruled that Deedy’s legal expenses in a wrongful death lawsuit pending against him are covered by a renter’s insurance policy issued to Deedy and his wife in Arlington, Virginia in late 2010 by Allstate. A trial in this civil case will likely not begin until after completion of the criminal case. Deedy’s defense attorney is also trying to move the case to federal court, preferably outside of Hawaii. To keep things interesting, Honolulu Circuit Judge Karen Ahn(1) denied a renewed push by several media outlets to make public surveillance video and other documents referenced by prosecutors and Deedy’s lawyer. The case will drag on, with the next trial action not scheduled until September 10, unless the case goes to federal court or is otherwise delayed. Which it likely will be." ----JR comments on above...-----"(1)...   So Judge Karen Ahn says "NO" when WeThePeople demand to see the evidence - all of it -- so that We The People possess for ourselves the LOGICALLY REQUIRED UNFILTERED DATA - as raw as demanded by We The People - for direct interrogation by OUR OWN SENSES. No filtered by your senses. Intent ,on part of the government, to lie, whether  via careless omission or the deliberate distortion of facts:  Both accidental and deliberate are logically possible evidence-filters because miscommunication between people exists always in all human interactions. "  Therefore: to WITHHOLD EVIDENCE is to shield the truth no matter what the reason of the truth-withholder.  So we can conclude:  For Best possible outcomes raw data is a given - what's better for experience the life of a fish?  Looking through the glass into a fish tank, or going scuba diving?   Back to the blog post I cannot fix.
The SS man is allowed to kill people - really.  Don't believe me?  Follow the story as time goes on.  It will take some work on your part because you will get absolutely no help from the media.   See the video above?  Feel the video above?  Ya' know - that "USA!  USA! USA!" feeling that many of us have when we see "something being done?"  That's what you and I are served by the corporate media One bullet went into the ceiling from what I remember which tells me that the SS man was getting his ass kicked after the guy he just kicked got up and started winning.
I wasn't there but from the information available it is my conclusion that a skilled law enforcement officer would have handled this situation in such a way that the conflict would have been diffused before it had to come to the death of a young man.
But Deedy is trained as a killer I thought.  I thought SS agents were bodyguards that would use lethal force to protect the guy with enough dough to pay them.  I didn't know that their job was to investigate arguments between bar-flies at Mickydees - then apply the death penalty when they can't beat up the guy unfortunate enough to run into them when they are in a bad mood.  Anyway - check out this development - notice how the wheels of justice, before grinding slowly, seem to have shifted into reverse.  Oh that's right - he's connected.  He's part of the organization.  The organization takes care of its own - that is - unless they blow the whistle on government crime, blow the whistle on the abuse of citizens rights, blow the whistle on murder, talk about 911 being done with the help of Israel - stuff like that.  That'll get you kicked out - but for Deedy - he's got better things to do on his government paycheck.
I wonder where all the gun-grabbers are when guys like Deedy blow somebody away while in Hawaii on official business?  Aren't they concerned that guns in the hands of psychopaths are dangerous things?  Why don't they call for the confiscation of the SS men from the Treasury Department?
Maybe it's because Deedy's gun was a "good" gun because Deedy is an SS man - he's a party member - he's "allowed" to have a gun by the "wise ones" in government who are smarter than you or me, and this is the cost we must accept - that one of our fellow citizens and bullet's-for-Deedy's gun-paying taxpayers.  How ironic - to be shot to death over an argument with bullets you helped to pay for.
Maybe I'm being unfair.  Here's a video of some more "public servants" - serving lead as usual -  I found roaming online:
"Believing he was being chased by men with knives, Ruffino Lara asked a family friend to call police to come to his aid.
But when Houston police arrived, they ended up shooting and killing the unarmed man.
When the family friend pulled out her phone to start video recording, police confiscated it, telling her she was not allowed to record.
Now Houston Police Chief Charles McClelland is asking the public to “withhold judgment until all the facts and evidence has been gathered and the investigation is complete.”
But that’s just typical cop talk that we should forget about Tuesday's incident until nobody but Ruffino’s family cares anymore.
There are already so many contradictions to this story that the confiscation of the witness’s phone is the least of the issues here.
Police gave the usual account that they were in fear for their lives, so they had to kill him."
You see, my fellow citizen, they just HAD TO KILL HIM.  They had to.  What else were they to do in this situation other than KILL HIM/HER/IT/I/YOU/WE/YOU/THEY - they HAD TO KILL HIM.  It's no big deal - we can't take chances because we are special, our lives are more special than yours, as evidenced by the black uniforms YOU bout for us and the guns YOU bought for us to shoot YOU with.
But what happens when a citizen commits such a crime - shooting an unarmed person?
Here's one:  (Link here)
"GEORGETOWN — An Avery Ranch homeowner has been indicted by a grand jury for murder in connection with the February shooting of an unarmed man in his driveway.Fred Yazdi, 47, was indicted Wednesday for the incident in which he allegedly shot and killed a 23-year-old man who was trying to run away from the man's property, according to court records."
That's interesting - somehow a grand jury sees cause for murder charges. Not much info - but who cares?  He's a taxpayer.  Translation:  ATM machine for government workers - especially lawyers, judges and uniform-wearing lackeys.  Even if he's not guilty - by the time these "guardians of justice" get done with him - he'll be begging to go to jail to put a roof over his head after they shake him down for every penny he's worth.
But all cops aren't killers are they?  I recently heard on the radio that Federal grants were gifted to Virginia to hire 4(?) "police" - but there was some condition that veterans were to be hired.  That was how it was sold to their dumbed-down audience of taxpayers.  Like they were doing us all a favor by putting veterans to work.  Who can argue with that- especially in this fear-whipped environment?
But are they doing us a favor by hiring trained killers?  Wait - don't get mad - let me re-phrase that - I don't want you calling me unpatriotic for not "supporting our troops" - But are they doing us a favor by hiring people trained to close with and destroy the enemy?  In their mind I'm sure the answer will always be "yes" - after all - doesn't anyone who fails to immediately follow orders from a cop deserve to die right on the spot?  I don't think so. Here's one from a nearby town -LINK here  "WOODSTOCK, Va -- Around 9 p.m. Friday night, deputies and officers responded to a home on Shaffer St for some kind of disturbance.
They said William Henry Long, 34, Woodstock, refused to listen to them and then he came at them with a knife. Police said Long slashed one Shenandoah County deputy and two Woodstock officers.
Long was then shot and killed.
The deputy and two officers were treated and released from a hospital."  OK - he wasn't listening then he came at them with a knife.  All of them?  Why didn't they fan out?  Oh - yes - we don't have all the facts - that's the interesting part of the news I was talking about.  As usual - we already know that the citizen has been SHOT TO DEATH BY POLICE.  That isn't "new" news.  Neither is the predictable disappearance from the media of the story and justification for the tragic loss of yet another taxpayer - tragic only to the police and "law enforcement" because another tiny bite will be taken out of the bloated police budget since they just killed one of the people that pays for their power trip. In the "new" news category for this story - what I find "interesting" is that, for once, the police didn't have a taser handy to stop him.  You know - that handy dandy miniaturized cattle-prod they use on kids, pregnant mothers, retarded individuals - the miracle "non-lethal" weapon to be used instead of a firearm - but no time for that - just shoot him to death.  A cop friend I had - years ago - had a favorite phrase he reminded me of at key moments in our discussions:  "There are two sides to EVERY story."  You may be thinking:  "NO kidding - everybody knows that."  True - but in this case, although there are two sides to the story, we'll never hear the other side.   Here's one where an undercover cop is sitting...anyway - as usual there are details that change...and as usual the unarmed citizen is SHOT TO DEATH.  Link Here "Custer fired at the 24-year-old, who died at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach. Bradshaw declined to say how many shots he fired.
"I can tell you right now that experts will tell you if you wait one second and the guy's got a gun, you're dead," Bradshaw said.
Adams, whose family runs A One Stop Garden Shop on A Road, was unarmed. He had been arrested in 2007 on a narcotics charge in Melbourne.
Through attorney Robert Saylor, Adams' family said Thursday the shooting was "senseless." Adams, who had been in Palm Beach County for about a year after relocating from Albany, N.Y., was a "timid" man who was just trying to return home after a night out with his friends, Saylor said.
Saylor stood outside the sheriff's headquarters on Gun Club Road on Friday, waiting to hear what the media had been told. He said he doubted Adams was the aggressor.
As the investigation continues, Custer has been put on paid administrative leave - standard practice after a fatal shooting.
"There's only two witnesses here: the suspect and the deputy. And the suspect was not able to be interviewed," Bradshaw said. "Why he decided to assault the deputy? We may never know that."
Hired in 1998, Custer has not previously been involved in a shooting.
He has received numerous awards and letters of commendation, including for providing security for House Speaker John Boehner this year and helping to find thieves who stole $1.6 million worth of jewelry in 2011."
Here's the shirt the "undercover" cop was wearing:
Undercover officer's disguise so while working undercover no one will know he's really a cop
Our police forces are brutal para-military enforcers.  Not law-enforcers - just enforcers.   If they were law-enforcers - they'd be protecting the rights, lives, liberty and property of citizens.   If they were brave - they wouldn't need to shoot to kill so quickly because they are so concerned with their own safety.  If you are so scared why are you working as a cop? What good is any cop or any uniform-wearing servant of mine if their only solution to conflict is a gun?   With all the hand-wringing sky-is-falling crybabies and scaredy-cats flitting about in their black uniforms warning us about all the threats that exist from "terrorists" and free speech, and the right to bear arms - as they save us from ourselves on the highways with expensive speeding tickets - as they save cancer-patients from the benefits of a joint - as they fret and worry about our safety - and devote their entire lives to our safety - how can they at the same time just pull out a gun and kill an unarmed person - you know - if they are THAT WORRIED ABOUT US? Our police, SS people, govt agents have been taking an undeserved "thank you for serving your country" pat on the back from the public for too long. I see no bravery or value in our government-approved-and-protected gunslingers.  True bravery takes guts - that means - actually risking one's life placing the interests of others above one's own life. The best place to work if you want to get away with murder is in Amerikan "law enforcement."

Chaos Erupts After Anaheim Police Open Fire on Unarmed Crowd Including Women and Children

link to Activist Post

"The video below marks a new low in police conduct. The final horrific incident on display allegedly was sparked by the suspicious killing of a man who witnesses say did nothing more than turn to run from police.

After "an unruly crowd" -- as the reporter below conveniently states -- gathered to ask questions and express anger at what was perceived to be a senseless killing, the officers further proved that those who were gathered had valid concerns about their local police force. In response, police quickly opened fire with rubber bullets, and even set a dog loose on a woman with a baby stroller. The woman was able to grab her baby before the dog arrived, but she was slightly injured, while a man can be seen in the video having his arm bitten. "

"With Liberty the Stake"

Eisenhower's farewell address - I watched it many times the other night.  The video is embedded below for your convenience.

Although I have not studied Dwight D. Eisenhower in depth - my impression of him, from what I think I know - is that he was a planner.  Somewhere I read that Eisenhower said "Plans are nothing, but planning is everything" - perhaps because as a general he knew that no plan survives contact with the enemy.  I hope it is fair to conclude from this, that although a thorough plan for battle can never guarantee victory - lacking a plan can guarantee defeat.

I wonder what our plan is?

In today's technological war, the battlefield has, in many ways become more heavily weighted toward the domination of the minds of the enemy.  The lethality of modern weapons has advanced tremendously as has the scope of target options.  Space weapons, missiles, drones, government-trained murderers, biological weapons - coordinated with secret police - have made it possible for those in power to murder anyone anywhere.

In today's Amerika - the use of murder to get rid of people for any reason has been facilitated by a failed justice system of cowards and go-along-to-get-alongs.  There is no possible way for anyone - whether they sit on the supreme court or at a barstool half-drunk to reconcile the murder of US citizens by their own government within the limits placed upon that government by the Constitution of the United States - the foundation of what the justice system exists for.  There is absolutely no way to reconcile this bizarre notion, this contorted logic - because it can never make sense for anyone to murder anyone else for their protection.  Yet it goes on - this high-browed legalese-peppered propaganda - claiming that somehow those who studied law can see something the rest of us cannot - something that is not there - that black is white, up is down, and back is forward.

In today's Amerika the rule of law has been abandoned - and what should concern us all - is that the disregard for our foundational law that was written down in plain language for all of us to understand - is openly and arrogantly disregarded by the public servants occupying a government designed precisely to defend We the People from the absurd and Monarch-like abuses said government inflicts on We the People each and every day.  Reader - help me out - is there something wrong with this picture?

In today's Amerika - police regularly murder innocent citizens and get away with it.  The circumstances vary - but often they are blamed on a drug raid - as if a drug raid is a good reason to kill anybody anyway.  The entire so-called "war on drugs" is nothing but a turf-war anyway - pitting the US govt. supported drug dealers against those trying to grow their own.  Yet these "adults," - fathers and mothers - get up every morning, put on their uniform, black mask, gun belt, grab their assault rifle and "go to work" just like the rest of us - "just doing their job."  How you cops live with yourselves is beyond me.  If I had spent the last twenty-five years in law enforcement participating in the tyrannical assault on liberty known as the war on drugs, the first person I would shoot dead would be the one I see in the mirror.  But, to be fair, most of the jack-booted gun-slingers that call themselves "peace officers" shouldn't shoot themselves - because they are not like normal people - they are psychopaths who WANT to kill people - that's why they sought out the job.  They wouldn't care if the law said that breathing were illegal - they'd shoot you or me dead just as quickly - the law is the law.

Here are some points made by President Eisenhower with thought-provokers interlaced:

1.  He thanks the television and radio networks for the opportunity to bring important messages to the citizens of the United States.

Eisenhower may have got the word out via the networks back then - but things have changed - as evidenced by the lack of interest in "mainstream media" - the media Eisenhower relied on to inform the public.  From his speech - it sounds like he really cared about liberty and the future of liberty.  Today - these outlets are simply speakers - with their wires running to the audio jacks at the Pentagon propaganda  mill.

Reader - understand that people you know - people I know - possibly neighbors you think are nice people - actually have jobs lying to the public - and get paid with your tax dollars to lie to you and me?  There is a big push to silence the internet - where blogs like this and others bring our take on current events online.  You, reader, can evaluate the merit of these words for yourself - and either retain or discard the information.  That means YOU are in charge of your own information filter.  Why would anyone want to ruin it?

Because ideas are dangerous things - and the truth stands on its own two feet.  Contrary opinions provide opportunities to consider what one may not have encountered when their information is controlled.  This is not a dangerous thing - after all - who takes the important financial decisions in your house?  Do you think your decisions are superior to those of an outsider?  Would you consider handing your paycheck to a stranger to disburse your earnings for the month?  What kind of car is best for you?  Would you rather choose from new, used, all brands - or from two brands picked by the corporations manufacturing those brand vehicles?

The total domination of information piped to the public is essential to the subjugation of a population anywhere.  Elimination of free speech and the modern liberty-genie known as the internet is a MUST-HAVE for those intent on forwarding their agenda toward TOTAL CONTROL of our money, land, resources and liberty.

2.  He reminds us that he is peacefully stepping down to hand power over to the next president.

Perhaps Eisenhower sees the precipice ahead of him that we are now on.

Here is an interesting article - don't give me a hard time about linking to it - just read it if you like - and consider the ruthlessness of our military and those in its control.  The list of abuses by the executive are accurate, the infighting among US military proconsuls.  LINK

"According to this report, Russian Naval Infantry Forces commanders participating in Rim of the Pacific-2012 (RIMPAC) international naval war games off Hawaii (the world's largest multi-national maritime exercise) this week were told by their US counterparts aboard the USS Port Royal (CG-73) that Obama had to be overthrown as he posed the most dangerous threat to the United States since the founding of their nation."

Any military commanders - US or not - participating in wars of subjugation - cannot be trusted as defenders of liberty.  It would not surprise me if there were a plot to overthrow any part of our government - the main point I'd make after reading the article - is that the possibility exists, the environment to commit the act while duping the public will diminish rapidly as our new enlightenment geometrically progresses - and that the intentions of those who would do such a thing would not likely be altruistic.  On the contrary.

3.  He mentions prayer and spirituality.

Religious and spiritual belief is a personal issue - but it is noteworthy that Eisenhower, a witness to the slaughter and waste made possible by the miracles of mass production - mentions the importance of prayer and spirituality.  Wasn't it Eisenhower that added "under God" to the American pledge of allegiance  - to the Flag, of the United States of America, and to the Republic, for which it stands, one nation, (under God), indivisible, with liberty and justice for all?

Our founding fathers noted the importance of a righteous people as an essential component of a self-governing liberty-loving people.

Reader, wherever you draw your own inspiration from - are you tolerant of those finding inspiration elsewhere?

4.  He  stresses importance of wise decision-making - requiring cooperation among partisan politicians to serve the nation well.

Presently there are no partisan politics.  The fake left and right "sides" in the theater of the absurd played out on the propaganda stage are put there with the intend to distract, divide, and conquer We the People. Isn't it more reasonable that we adults "grow up" and engage each other intellectually to achieve  the universal desire for the preservation of liberty?  It doesn't matter who is stealing our liberty - they are all thieves.  Isn't it high time to face the facts in front of our noses - and call things for what they are?

5.  He reminds us that 4 holocausts, 4 major wars, 3 involving America had recently occurred.

...and probably knew that if the trend he saw in his time continued there would be more?

6.  He reminded us that America's leadership and prestige depends -not only on riches and military strength - but  on HOW we use our power  -to keep the peace, foster progress in human acheivement, enhance liberty and dignity and integrity among people and nations .  He stated that failure due to arrogance or unwillingness to sacrifice will bring  hurt on  us at home and abroad.

Reader - are the actions of our government in any way consistent with keeping peace by starting war?  Are we fostering human achievement by destroying nations and their cultures?  Are we enhancing liberty by hiring goon-squads of government flunkies to molest our grandparents and children at airports?

7.   He warns that we are threatened by a conflict worldwide, a hostile ideology, global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose and insiduous in method - a fight promising indefinite duration.

Has the American public lost the ability to recognize that we are indeed threatened and that current events prove Eisenhower's points?  Yes - the public accepts that threats exist - but has a large enough segment of the citizenry awakened to the fact that this threat is from within as well as without?

The lawlessness existent today in America - perpetrated mainly by those entrusted with power by we the people to protect our liberty - is impossible without the complicity of officials within our government bodies.  A police state is impossible without jack-booted thugs willing to carry out the orders of the power-hungry.  Flouting the law is impossible without the complicity of the courts - people - just like you and me - but differing only in their occupation of an office of power WE GAVE THEM to protect We the People.

8.  To meet this threat successfully we must resist the temptations of emotional reactions to emerging crises - encouraging us to focus on long-term solutions.

The Batman shooting comes to mind.  A complete setup right on cue - as the globalists unleash their next attack on the US Bill of Rights with the Arms Treaty.  Perfect - fill up the news with another bloodbath from a citizen legally armed - the usual suspects come out of the woodwork to complain that American freedom - the right to bear arms - like Philip Calderon of Mexico - that somehow you and I are responsible for the actions of another individual.  Philip Calderon ought to finish matching all the heads seperated from their bodies and bury them in Mexico before he starts giving us lessons on peace.

If Mexican citizens were armed like American - the violence in their country would decrease as they would be able to shoot back.  But Philip Calderon doesn't understand that when guns are outlawed only outlaws have guns - like in Mexico.  Remember that if one person in that theater in Colorado was armed - perhaps only the shooter would have been shot.  That's a fact very consistently kept out of the corporate-owned media - as they carry out the orders from their puppetmasters intent on bringing America down to the level of the hellhole dictatorships gutted by the international bankers.

9.  The need to maintain balance in and among national programs:  balance between our essential requirements as a nation and the duties imposed by the nation upon the individual - balance between the private and public economy - balance imposed by costs and hoped-for advantages - balance between actions of the moment and the national welfare of the future - Good judgement seeks balance in progress - lack of it brings imbalance and frustration.

Balance - that's what is missing.  We have no balance - that's the whole idea.  Money controls politics today with not the slightest nod toward dignity, decency or liberty.  Cops get away with murder.  Banks get away with robbery of the public.  Politicians lie and are not held accountable since the elections are mostly rigged.  Corporations own us and have government backing to keep them from accountability as laws are written to make what ought to be illegal legal.

Where is the balance?

10.  Threats constantly arise:  Our military is absolutely necessary - and a standing army seems to be essential - and has grown to a size where annual expenditures to support it cost more than the net income of all American corporations combined. (1960)

Wow - I didn't realize things were that bad even back then.  Putting things into perspective with the amount of money wasted on the tools of waste, destruction and mass murder - I'd say things have gotten a heckuva' lot worse.

11.  The military power structure in 1960 was a new phenomenon in 1960 for the US.  We must not fail to understand the grave implications of this.

Today's kids are normalized to war as if it is the "way things are."  Changing those minds may be impossible - how does one convince them that things weren't always this way?  They may find that an impossibility in their world view.

12.  In the councils of govt. we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence whether sought or unsought by the military industrial complex.  We must never let the military complex subvert our Republic.

The military industrial complex of today is helping to  destroy the nation.  Those participating in the military industrial complex are all responsible for going along to get along.

13.  Only an informed public can serve as the balance to recognize the grave implications of the acquistion of unwarranted power by the military industrial complex.

...and that's why the corporate-owned media is public enemy number one.  Rather than informing - they are complicit in the intentional distraction and misinformation of the public.

14.  The prospect of the domination of the nations scholars via government grants.

This is obvious.  With all the rotten things going on the universities, for the most part - and excepting a few brave "rebels" - are complicit.  But maybe complicit is too strong a word - how about just a bunch of hand-picked followers incapable of critical thought?  After all - if you want to control the universities - stock them with the professors etc... we have now.  Don't get me wrong - they can produce the weapons and the spy equipment to subvert liberty - but when it comes to confronting those intent on the destruction of the United States of America - they are doing just what they are supposed to do - fiddle while home burns.

15.  Another factor in maintaining balance involves time - as we peer into society's future - we, you and I, must avoid the impulse to live for today - caring for our own needs, must resist the temptation of mortgaging the future of our grandchildren - material, political and spiritual.

This is a good reason to just forget about the debt and start over with a new money system.  If anyone complains - that's a good time to put this mammoth military to use.  Any bankers complain - well, since it's legal - maybe the government murderers will have some work to do.

16.  We must avoid becoming a community of fear and hate.  We must come together, with the weakest at the bargaining table.

Not a bad idea.  Focus on common goals - who doesn't want freedom of speech defended?  Oh - that's right - those robbing us all blind - they are the ones that know that with each passing day, the word is getting out about what they are doing and who they are.  Anyone intent on silencing free speech must be afraid of ideas - like Mao.

17.  He urges disarmament, choosing intellectual problem solving rather than settling our differences on the battlefield.

Maybe one day this will happen - and after all the carnage Eisenhower witnessed - I can only respect such a lofty goal.

18.  He again mentions "God" - and that we pray that all peoples of all nations have their needs satisfied.

Repeated intentionally I would assume.  He is trying to make a point - I leave that to the reader to evaluate.

19.  He mentions that those who have liberty must understand its responsibilities.

Sometimes it is hard to appreciate something until it is lost.  Then we realize how valuable it was.  Losing liberty is easy - getting it back - that's going to be very hard - when you can't speak out against crime, when you can't shoot back at someone shooting at you, and you live in servitude because your money is controlled by international bankers who, like leeches, suck the lifeblood out of the fruits of your labor.

20.  He urges that we all come together with mutual respect.

It's happening.  Our revolution of enlightenment is well on its way - but the war is far from over.  We are facing very tough battles.  We must remain resolute in our common desire to live in peace with liberty and justice.
