JFK + Executive Order 11110 = Head Shot?

JFK was shot in the head by sniper fire in broad daylight in Texas. Can we all agree on that?

It is the rest of the puzzle that divides us - yes? Lone gunman vs. grassy knoll vs. someone in the storm drain etc... We don't have answers, it seems to me, because the evidence we need using todays technology is absent. By hook or by crook a story made its way to the populace. But conflicting accounts, omitted evidence, magic bullet theories and questions about means, motive and opportunity which accompany any crime naturally left doubt in the mind of the crowd. The mafia, Bay of Pigs, Vietnam military-industrial interests etc... - the question remains: Who HAD to kill JFK?

Please watch the video below - give it some thought - and ask yourself - why did JFK think it was so important to back our money? The man was brave and brilliant. Who stood to lose the most by JFK's actions regarding Executive Order 11110 - perhaps the Federal Reserve?

Silver coins and silver-backed U.S. Notes vs. Federal Reserve notes backed by NOTHING. A note that is A legal tender for all debts public and private vs. a note that IS legal tender for all debts public and private. Look (CLICK) HERE for previous post pics so you can see the words for yourself on real bills.

I've often heard there is no intrinsic value in a Federal Reserve Note. I disagree. The intrinsic value of a modern Federal Reserve note is the valuable unique paper. This paper existing as a one dollar Federal Reserve Note can be bleached then re-printed by a counterfeiter with a $100 dollar designation - multiplying its value by 100. Presto - money for nothing! Although this is illegal it doesn't seem to differ much from what the Federal Reserve itself does - stamp paper with a number and call it money!

Interesting pics of historical money here

JFK was for the PEOPLE it seems to me - NOT the entrenched elite powers. Means, motive and opportunity must be considered in any murder - this murder is no different in that regard.

Is Glenn Beck warning us that General Wesley Clark is a Whacko?

Please go to Patriots Question 911 Truth where you will find, among many, many credible 911 Truth advocates, the following:

"General Wesley Clark, U.S. Army (ret) – Former Commanding General of U.S. European Command, which included all American military activities in the 89 countries and territories of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Additionally, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), which granted him overall command of NATO military forces in Europe 1997 - 2001. Awarded Bronze Star, Silver Star, and Purple Heart for his service in Viet Nam and numerous subsequent medals and citations. Graduated valedictorian of his class at West Point.
Video interview ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulos 3/5/06: "I think when you look at this country, right now, we need a 2-party system that works. We need Congress to do its job. We need real investigation of some of the abuses of authority that are apparently going on at the Executive branch. ... We've never finished the investigation of 9/11 and whether the administration actually misused the intelligence information it had. The evidence seems pretty clear to me. I've seen that for a long time." http://securingamerica.com/node/692"

The Patriots Question 911 Truth site has this quote:

"In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of
defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility. I welcome it.
— John F. Kennedy, Inaugural Address Jan. 20, 1961"

Now please watch the following video clip where Glenn Beck associates 911 Truthers with the Holocaust shooter. I didn't hear him make any exceptions, so I must conclude he means General Wesley Clark too.

Now from AE911Truth:

Now Glenn Beck again:

How does this fearmonger make such gratuitous assertions on national television? He brings up "Don't blame the messenger" while he commits the same crime by blaming the messengers bringing the truth about 911.

The Smear Campaign vs. 911 Truth: All they've got!

Don't look at what David Ray Griffin has to say. Don't look at his facts. Listen to the gentleman in the smear video below as he attacks David Ray Griffin with a "paper" (as opposed to Griffin's numerous books) and complains that Griffin is somehow "hiding". If giving lectures at Boston University (video below) is "hiding" well... first some definitions about SMEAR (CLICK) campaigns.

"A smear campaign is an intentional, premeditated effort to undermine an individual's or group's reputation, credibility, and character. "Mud slinging", like negative campaigning, most often targets government officials, politicians, political candidates, and other public figures. However, private persons or groups may also become targets of smear campaigns perpetrated in schools, companies, institutions, families, and other social groups.
Smear tactics differ from normal discourse or debate in that they do not bear upon the issues or arguments in question. A smear is a simple attempt to malign a group or an individual and to attempt to undermine their credibility.
Smears often consist of ad hominem attacks in the form of unverifiable rumors and are often distortions, half-truths, or even outright lies; smear campaigns are often propagated by gossip spreading. Even when the facts behind a smear are shown to lack proper foundation, the tactic is often effective because the target's reputation is tarnished before the truth is known.
Smears are also effective in diverting attention away from the matter in question and onto the individual or group. The target of the smear is typically forced to defend his reputation rather than focus on the previous issue.
Smear tactics are considered by many to be a low, disingenuous form of discourse; they are nevertheless very common."

Please consider the information at FIREFIGHTERS FOR 911TRUTH.

Given the above, please watch the videos below:
Griffin at Boston University:

then please watch the attack-notice the name-calling as in smear definition above:

Did you notice that 911Truth advocates, like Dr. Griffin don't stoop to tactics like name-calling? Why must their critics? From my experience name-calling and ridicule are last-ditch efforts required by those who've run out of rational argument ammo.

I heard Laura Ingraham, a Republican party shill on AM radio in Charlottesville, VA - two days in a row following the Holocaust shooting - equate 911 Truth activists with the accused shooter. NEWS FLASH - THERE IS NO CONNECTION! Laura Ingraham bragged that she went to UVA Law School (cue for reader to be impressed) and was considered an "elite" for some reason. I wonder how she is considered "elite" by anyone when she hasn't taken the time to read the DUST STUDY (CLICK) where ACTIVE THERMITIC MATERIAL WAS DISCOVERED IN WTC DUST. She even brought this up in front of George Will (Columnist) who also remained silent as she made these connections of 911 Truthers with white supremacists. Notice there is no connection.

911 Truth is a reality that must be faced - this means YOU! Please watch the video below:

Police Car hits Pedestrian in Wheelchair- charges against pedestrian dropped

Please watch this video of the incident involving the police vehicle:

You can read more about this case and another involving a truck and wheelchair pedestrian HERE. From the article:

"... the case of Gerry Mitchell, who was struck by an Albemarle County Police cruiser on November 5 and then ticketed. His charges were dropped on January 6, and Mitchell has not announced whether he’ll pursue a civil case against Albemarle County Police or Charlottesville Police who ticketed him hours after he was struck."

I thought the rule was that pedestrians had the right of way - I suppose there is an "unless" in there somewhere.

US Supreme Court gets it Wrong: No Right to DNA tests after conviction -Videos

update July 29, 2009 Cops frame girl
-------------------

I'm confused - my first exposure to DNA testing was a few years ago while listening to C-SPAN radio near Washington, D.C. with my friend Thom heading to work . We tuned in just as testimony was beginning of a man who had been imprisoned for almost his entire life. The speaker who had recently been exonerated for a crime he'd never commited was not bitter, angry or looking for revenge. He was simply thankful to get out of prison so he could enjoy what few years of his life remained. Many years have passed so I don't have particulars of that exact case - but I remember Thom and I were dumbfounded and shocked that our legal system was capable of such injustice. Fast forward to today - it's fixed right? NO - in fact we just took a step in the wrong direction.

I came across THIS STORY today regarding a recent decision by the Supreme Court ruling that:

"The U.S. Supreme Court Thursday ruled that a defendant does not have the constitutional right to demand DNA tests to prove his innocence after his case has already been tried.

In a split decision of five to four in a country which still carries out the death penalty, the nation's highest court said a federal Alaska tribunal was wrong to allow a man jailed for rape to have retroactive DNA tests.

"DNA testing has an unparalleled ability both to exonerate the wrongly convicted and to identify the guilty," the court wrote in its opinion of the case of William Osborne, serving 26 years in prison for the 1994 rape.

At the same time, DNA testing alone does not always resolve a case. Where there is enough other incriminating evidence and an explanation for the DNA result, science alone cannot prove a prisoner innocent, it added."

Have we learned nothing? Why NOT allow testing? Cui bono? It seems to me that the DNA testing, in the case of a guilty person, would help remove any lingering doubt as to innocence, while in the case of a wrongly convicted person the DNA testing would be a valuable check on our legal system to do what we are supposed to aim for - protect the innocent. Instead we have a ruling from the Supreme Court that defies common sense by taking away one of our best scientific tools for finding the truth.

Take a look HERE where you can read about Curtis McCarty who was exonerated based on DNA evidence:

"OKLAHOMA CITY, OK; May 11, 2007) – Curtis Edward McCarty, who was convicted twice and sentenced to death for the same murder in verdicts that were both thrown out based on evidence of his innocence and an extraordinary pattern of government misconduct, was released from prison this morning after a judge dismissed the indictment against him that would have led to a third trial. The prosecution said today that it will not appeal the decision – finally clearing McCarty after 21 years of wrongful incarceration, more than 16 of them on death row."

Am I correct in my understanding that this recent ruling could have prevented justice in the McCarty case? Is the goal really justice? Consider this logic from article:

"Robert H. Macy, who was the Oklahoma County District Attorney for 21 years, prosecuted McCarty in both of his trials. Macy sent 73 people to death row – more than any other prosecutor in the nation – and 20 of them have been executed. Macy has said publicly that he believes executing an innocent person is a sacrifice worth making in order to keep the death penalty in the United States. "

Am I naive in my old-fashioned way of thinking that our justice system is based on the protection of the innocent - that it is better to let the guilty free than to punish an innocent person? What happened? Why do I continue with this belief while events demonstrate over and over again that convictions regardless of guilt are more important to our legal practitioners than protecting the wrongly accused?

Please watch John Grisham, a fellow Charlottesvillian, continuing his heroic fight for justice:

I'm not a lawyer - but do I have to be a lawyer to know this ruling is simply crazy?

Spying and Wiretapping
Border Control
911 Truth
Torture

Soldiers having to steal water to survive in Iraq due to supply failure
Going to war with no armor
Security problems blamed for 911 remain unaddressed
Repeated Attacks on the 2nd Amendment

TASER: The answer to EVERYTHING!

The T-word seems to be in the news a lot - with increasing frequency. I don't know where I got the notion that these devices were originally intended to replace lethal firearms - a quick check of available resources raises doubts. Tasers are now touted by their proponents as devices that prevent rather than cause injury. Click HERE to read some marketing information, here's an excerpt:

"TASER ECDs reduce officer injuries by up to 80%.
Law enforcement officers don’t get paid to fight. TASER International offers a powerful and a safer use-of-force options [sic] to subdue violent offenders and inmates that are safer compared to traditional hands-on force tactics. The TASER ECDs allow officers to incapacitate dangerous or violent subjects from a distance - regardless of the physical size of the officer and regardless of the size, strength and mental state of the subject." (emphasis added)

Let's take a look at one of the crazed maniacs endangering America's finest:

"She WAS squaring off with him" says the commenter from Fox - remember this is the same Fox commenter that defends torture . Feigned alarm whilst great-grandmother Tasered bring big ratings!

Reader - were you as worried for the officer's life as I was? Perilous! Like they said regarding Taser advantages: "regardless of the physical size of the officer and regardless of the size, strength and mental state of the subject." Yep - I'll agree with that - regardless for sure!

So are Tasers safe? Look HERE where you can read the following:

" WASHINGTON (AP) — The number of people who have died in the U.S. after being shocked by police stun guns is growing rapidly, Amnesty International says in a report that catalogs 156 in the past five years.
Deaths after the use of Taser stun guns have risen from three in 2001 to 61 last year, the international human rights group said. Fourteen have died so far this year, it said, citing police and autopsy reports as well as press accounts.
The rise in deaths accompanies a marked increase in the number of U.S. law enforcement agencies employing devices made by Taser International of Scottsdale, Ariz. About 1,000 of the nation’s 18,000 police agencies used Tasers in 2001; more than 7,000 departments had them last year, according to a government study. "

Surely - picking a video and repeating "great-grandmother" is going to pull on some heart strings. Let's find a milder example - how about a pregnant mother?

Heaven forfend! "She raised her arm...the deputy felt threatened..." Is it just me or is that cop a pussy? After all the brawl was over kids fighting and we all know how scared America's finest are of children right? Remember "regardless of the physical size of the officer and regardless of the size, strength and mental state of the subject." - and they MEAN IT!

FYI - regarding size or strength of the subject - take a look (CLICK) HEREwhere you can read more about a six-year-old getting the old shockaroo:

"The officers tried to reason with the boy, but when he started cutting his own leg, they shocked him with a Taser. They then grabbed him to prevent him from hurting himself when he hit the floor and called an ambulance.

Miami Police say the Taser was necessary to prevent the boy from seriously harming himself with the glass.

Today Governor Jeb Bush told the Associated Press he doesn't know the circumstances of why adults couldn't control a six-year-old."

Yes Jeb - Why indeed?

Finally:  What about self-incrimination via Taser?   CLICK HERE to read how a judge ruled Tasing to get a DNA sample is OK!

I guess the Taser really IS the ANSWER TO EVERYTHING!

What happened to this stuff? I haven't heard anything since the media blitz that happened when this post first went up.

Trust NIST on 911 Truth? You Tell Me: School Supplies vs. Kalashnikov Round

Four pictures appear below for your consideration. Without blaming anyone in particular for this measurement miff I submit that the lesson to be learned is to question EVERYTHING -ESPECIALLY if the U.S. Government is to be depended on at any level as a factor in your judgement of what the truth of any matter is. I don't blame the government for the mis-measure below since I have no faith in them anyway. I just wonder what they are doing with all our tax money if, in the end, a simple student ruler cannot be trusted.

Let's say you wanted to buy your kid a school ruler and you went down to the local supermarket and bought one of two available. I bought both. Let's say you gave one of these rulers to your kid and they used it at school. Simple enough right? Did you really give them what you thought you were giving them? After all somebody is making sure that weights and measures in America are dependable - right? I checked out the NIST site and the Department of Commerce under which they are a division. I found even more departments - maybe one of those departments/divisions is to blame. I didn't bother linking the websites since the pictures below are worth thousands of their website assurances.

Take a look specifically the lengths of the rulers - the purpose for which they are designed. Which is right? A girl I asked laughed and told me "take the cheaper one!"

Just so you can determine for yourself if I can depend on either school ruler I've put a live round from a Kalashnikov in the picture because I wanted to provide a standard for you to judge measurement accuracy by.

By the way, I didn't know the camera was that horrible either.

On Blogging

This blog is, admittedly, an unappealing wreck. I'm working on it. But more importantly it exists. That is what is most important - the message, the speaker, and the audience. Why am I bringing this up?

I started blogging when I saw the video of WTC7 free-falling - no secret to readers of American's Journey. Am I a so-called writer? Am I a philosopher? Am I qualified? How dare I think my opinion is on par with, say, some prestigious law school in the U.S.? Dare I say our law schools leadership SUCKS? Dare I say my opinion is superior because although my podium is beneath theirs, it speaks bold truth while they remain silent at theirs? Maybe the average citizen's opinion is WAY MORE relevant than some would like us to believe.

The lack of spit-and-polish at this site is part of the immediacy, the rage, the real-time outpouring of opinion and ideas - and most importantly - the comments. This exchange of ideas is what matters. And somehow it works.

I hope some readers who wish to have their own blog will use this site as an inspiration - no not as a standard of quality, marketing, salesmanship or sex appeal. But more as an example that it is more important to exercise ones freedom of speech than it is to make sure one's grammar is correct while exercising their first amendment right to freedom of speech. So I say - don't worry about making mistakes! Go for it!

I don't know if these words of encouragement are encouraging - but they are meant to be.

If you wish to start a blog - go HERE!!! NOW!!!

A Trend Toward Tyranny

Welcome to the land of the enslaved and the home of the powerless - wait - I mean the "Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave." Yeah - in the United States ONE IN EVERY 100 ADULTS LIVES BEHIND BARS! A (CLICK) Trend Toward Tyranny if I may. (CLICK) here to read the Pew Center on the States. This may sound like hypocrisy to the uninformed but, in fact, this is the norm in a country of legalized usury where corporate crime is rewarded.

From the previous link (worth visiting):
-----------------
Bursting at the Seams
The United States imprisons significantly more people than any other nation in the world. In fact, the Pew Center on the States reported in 2008 that an astounding one in every 100 adults in the U.S. now lives behind bars!

Because we’ve been trying to “incarcerate our way” out of crime for so long, federal and state prisons and county jails are experiencing near-crisis levels of overcrowding. At the same time, operating budgets have been severely cut, as has funding to build new facilities. And over the next two years, researchers predict the situation will get even worse.

Based on current projections, by 2011 the U.S. prison population will increase by 13% – which is triple the growth of the entire population as a whole – to more than 1.7 million . Supporting that increase in incarcerated people will cost American taxpayers and local/state budgets an estimated $27.5 billion. At that time, another 4 million people will also be on probation or parole."

The net effect is that states, counties, courts, sheriffs, and administrators are actively looking for ways to:

Trim incarcerated populations
Remain fiscally solvent
Continue protecting public safety"
--------------------
The answer so far has been to keep locking more and more and more people up. As long as enough jails can be built, staffed, and supplied what's the problem? These are LAWBREAKERS! They need to be PUNISHED! It doesn't matter if many of them are guilty of inhaling the smoke from a plant does it?

We all knew how stupid this exercise was from the beginning - after all Prohibition never worked. Since history repeats itself - here we are - the very people who choose to ignore history - repeating it! What a surprise - well not really. Prohibition never stopped alcohol consumption - but it did generate one helluva' demand for Thompson machine guns! Is it fair to say that the current demand curve for weapons parallels the ever-increasing budget for the phony "War on Drugs?"

Like most government scams designed to line the pockets of crooks - on both sides of law enforcement - this scam too is doomed to fail as the money runs out. And it is. Look (CLICK) here for some signs of the money running out. From the article:

"ATLANTA (AP) - The recession is hitting home for inmates, too: Some cash-strapped states are taking aim at prison menus.
Georgia prisoners already didn't get lunch on the weekends, and the Department of Corrections recently eliminated the midday meal on Fridays, too. Ohio may drop weekend breakfasts and offer brunch instead. Other states are cutting back on milk and fresh fruit.
Officials say prisoners are still getting enough calories, but family members and critics say the changes could make prisoners irritable and food a valuable commodity, increasing the possibility of violence."

But who cares about starvation and malnutrition in a country where we torture people? They are just sub-human right? Using the ethics lead of the U.S. Federal Government on human rights we'd might as well start torturing them in addition to feeding them garbage. After all I have a full belly.  Confessions and convictions become easier that way.

What are proper calorie requirements for sub-humans anyway? After all, a U.S. soldier's requirements should be a good yardstick - especially since they, too, depend on their suppliers for their very sustenance.  United States soldiers are a good match because those responsible for their safety and well-being who are contracted by the U.S. government to provide said sustenance are in the war game for profit alone (like jailers) and also don't give a damn about the troops (like the jailers). If you think I'm exaggerating take a look at (CLICK) this article reporting another such incident by the usual suspects. From the article:
--------------
"You thought the lack of armor-plated Humvees was bad.

US soldiers are now being forced to steal water in Iraq. With supplies tight, and the       number of trucks carrying potable water even tighter, troops have resorted to                   stealing water from civilian contractors. Many have also reportedly suffered from          dysentery because they were forced to drink untreated water from Iraqi wells.
...Who’s supposed to be maintaining the water supply? At least in some parts of Iraq,      it’s the US engineering contractor KBR. KBR is a spinoff of Halliburton, which it      separated from in 2007."
--------------

(CLICK) here for information provided for U.S. Army soldiers. From the article:

"For Soldiers to get enough energy from the food they eat and to obtain the variety      of foods needed for nutritional balance, they eat three meals a day. Even snacking    between meals can contribute to good nutrition if the right foods are eaten.
Another dietary guideline is to consume enough calories to meet your energy needs. Proper weight is maintained as long as the body is in energy balance, or, when the number of calories used equals the number of calories consumed."
-------------
Luckily for the corporate bosses running many prisons cutting costs is as easy as eliminating food for prisoners since they can be treated as subhuman. It seems the war profiteers and the prison industry have similar ethical standards.

When I read articles like those discussed above I am more inclined to believe that the U.S. Federal 'guvmint' IS capable of mass incarcerations of its citizens whether the reason for their incarceration is just or unjust. Meanwhile back at the ranch - the disconnect that is the US Federal Government plods along the same idiotic path of waste while the dealers get richer, and richer and richer. After all, who except for a drug dealer can afford a SUBMARINE?

The Solution: It's Easy!

Our situation here in the United States: Dire! Big Deal ... we've really dealt with bigger problems. Well, maybe not "We" since I may have been a kid or not alive yet when the last calamities visited the human race - with special focus on America.

Torture, fake news full of liars (shills), wars based on lies and/or the testimony of tortured "terrorists" affirming that whatever that dick Cheney says, by the Lord Jesus Goddam Christ, is true.

The Solution? Easy as Apple Pie!

If you are a U.S. government official and can't do your duty with regards to indictments, accusations, speaking publicly, or, basically doing your fuc$%ng job then please, please, please step down. That's all. Come up with a reason - or don't. Just open up the position for the next person who can perform the duties of the office. It really is that simple.
