"Indeed, of the last seven justices nominated by Democrats JFK, LBJ, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, one was black, Marshall; one was Puerto Rican, Sonia Sotomayor. The other five were Jews: Arthur Goldberg, Abe Fortas, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan.
If Kagan is confirmed, Jews, who represent less than 2 percent of the U.S. population, will have 33 percent of the Supreme Court seats.
Is this the Democrats' idea of diversity?"

Note: Of course the comments on these stories turn to cries of "Jew-hater" etc... when it really doesn't make sense that any ethnic minority should maintain such a stranglehold on the lives of every one else. Calling those pointing out a Jewish mafia as anti-semites is equivalent to calling people pointing out an Italian mafia as anti-Italian.
Look at the pie chart above: would you agree simply from a religious viewpoint Kagan doesn't make sense if you want "diversity?" The chart shown is of the world - Pat's numbers reflect the percentages for the United States.
How about some real diversity so EVERYONE has representation. A commenter to this blog pointed out that it would be nice to have an American Indian on the Supreme Court. Why not? Where is their representation? We can go on and on.
There are many qualified people who are not Jewish - and as the "melting pot" or "salad bowl" America is supposed to be - lets make sure we include all of the ingredients for a hearty nation.
