The site linked above for the quote and pic portrays Doenitz as a war criminal for ordering his submariners NOT to rescue survivors of the ships they sank.  But the site never mentions why.  I've read that it was because the allies had fired upon a U-boat that was in the process of rescuing survivors - and from then on - Doenitz decided not to take the risk.  Sounds reasonable to me.  I don't blame him.  What is my point?  That Doenitz, in my opinion, fought within the boundaries of military "ethics."  But here he is - sitting in the dock - with the spotlight on him - while SS officers like Werner Von Braun were welcomed into the US - despite having participated in the use of slave labor to build the rockets he rained upon Britain.  Von Braun was the mastermind behind one of the major "terror" weapons of the war - yet he escapes.


If you are a US government official, or member of the US military - which fate do you anticipate will be yours when this "war on terror" reaches its conclusion?


Doenitz was such a fanatic - he couldn't quit - that, I believe, he is to be condemned for.  But I am not him, I wasn't there and those were different times.  Germany had been raped following WW1 and after researching the history of what happened to them - as a thinking man - I would be a liar if I told you I couldn't empathize with the rage of the German people - their desire to free themselves from the enslavement of international vampires  - the loss of their lands following WW1 rich in vital mineral resources.  Of course they were ready to fight after being so abused and backed into a corner.  


Von Braun - skated after the war - and became quite prominent in the US.  He was a master of illusion as well as an engineer - and was able to use his skills of presentation to get the funding for his dream rockets.  It worked on Hitler - and he did deliver.  But using slave labor to build his weapons of mass destruction?  Why wasn't he hanged for that?  We all know the answer - it all has to do with deals.


What I am getting at here is that I know there are US govt employees, officers, officials, politicians, statesmen, soldiers, airmen - marines - officers high ranking and low - that are good - but for some reason the bad ones seem to be in charge - or have the most power.


My reasoning is that if the good guys had the power America would not be preparing for war with Iran - the media would not have so many willing liars ready to speak in the media convincing the public that war is necessary.  Same with Syria.  Same with Libya.  In the end the bad guys are getting their message out and the good guys - well - every time they pop their head up - they are silenced.  So it looks like, presently, evil rules the roost.


Perhaps I am too idealistic or naive to think that people are mostly good and that American citizens - at all frequencies of the political spectrum - care about their country - and about what the world will look like when they are done here.  I like to think that I do.  Maybe there really are not that many of you that share my values - I don't know.


I've heard violence is not the answer.  I agree.  I don't want violence - but for Cripes' sake - if somebody keeps sniping at your guys - I must ask thee - why the hell don't you snipe back?  And hit your target!  Such actions are not only morally justified - they are your duty - and mine.

I'd prefer not to get into the ugly history of WW2 and who was behind the whole thing, whether or not this or that was justified because it is beyond the scope of the point I am trying to make.


Illegal orders are to be disobeyed.  Unconstitutional orders are, by definition, illegal.


The pendulum WILL swing the other way - and all this rapine, waste, destruction, and mass murder will become quite unpopular.  The wheels of justice grind slowly - and the game ain't over yet.


America has been through some nasty conflicts - right here at home - as a matter of fact.  The white house was burned.  The revolutionary war was quite bitter.  But in the end the good guys persevered - and later became the judges and juries of those intent on the suppression of liberty.


Those who think the gravy train lasts forever - that it is "okay because everybody is doing it" have not lived long enough to understand the folly of such "reasoning."  Perhaps this will be their lesson - that eventually the "long arm of the law" - in our case - the Constitution - WILL CATCH UP - and suddenly - in the blink of an eye - participation in illegal activities becomes serious indeed.  Serious enough to wreck one's whole day.


I implore those in government, police, military - to think long and hard about your actions.  You will answer for them - unless you calcify your spine real quick-like and get on the right side of this stinking Constitutional mess we are in.


I implore you - not because I care that you will indeed meet justice for wrongdoing - or will become a hero for doing the right thing - I implore you because I care so much about this country that my passion is ineffable.


Our Constitutional republic does not have to die.  But it can.  Replacing such a system already in place - so easily rescued if those entrusted with the authority and power, bound by their oath of office, would simply put aside the scheming and become statesmen for one cause - the preservation of our Constitutional republic - AND ACT!  That's all it takes.


If not - fine - I'll make it either way - but I would bet you a box of donuts that creating from scratch anything close to resembling the Constitutional system and Bill of Rights we have now - ain't gonna' be pretty.

Why Oathkeeper = anti-NAZI: Enabling Act of 1933

A recent article from Mother Jones, which you can read HERE entitled "Oath Keepers and the Age of Treason" discusses an American soldier in a rather demeaning light. Although the article has a pretense of balance - it seems to me that the writer doesn't understand that American soldiers take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC. Why was the domestic part added to the oath? Perhaps because DOMESTIC ENEMIES are a reality that certain powers would prefer you ignore by labeling those calling your attention to them "conspiracy theorists?"

What I find interesting is the the lack of alarm the reporter shows for the willingness of such a large number of active duty Marines to fire on American civilians. Why doesn't the reporter find that alarming? Why is the reporter just now being "schooled" on the treachery of the Federal Reserve? Why is the reporter so naive? I think American journalism needs a little more critical thought sprinkled in with their Kool-Aid.

The enabling act of 1933. What is it? You can read about it here. Here's an excerpt:

"On March 23, 1933, the newly elected members of the German Parliament (the Reichstag) met in the Kroll Opera House in Berlin to consider passing Hitler's Enabling Act. It was officially called the 'Law for Removing the Distress of the People and the Reich.' If passed, it would effectively mean the end of democracy in Germany and establish the legal dictatorship of Adolf Hitler.

The 'distress' had been secretly caused by the Nazis themselves in order to create a crisis atmosphere that would make the law seem necessary to restore order. Check out this vid - history repeats - how did Hitler LEGALLY seize power? Well there was high unemployment, a false flag attack on the Reichstag, the identification of scapegoats (similar to 911 Truth advocates, Gun rights activists, and those supporting freedom of speech today in America.) So the parallels are valid relative to America's present charged environment - also like NAZI Germany - a perpetual state of emergency. How did Hitler consolidate his rule?


Did you catch the line about the desire of the NAZIs to eliminate ideas? How, and I'm paraphrasing "Where books are burned eventually people will be burned? Internet censorship replaces fire with our modern technology - a la Winston Smith in George Orwell's 1984.

Did you notice the parallels with the Waffen SS and Blackwater/Xe? The parallel is that the WAFFEN part of SS means that they were armed - in other words they were armed despite rules where only the Army was to have such power - where in America our military is supposed to be under civilian rule-and how after the "Night of the Long Knives" the Waffen SS, now having enough power - took the opportunity to stike first and seize power for their insane masters?

Notice also- especially - that following the Enabling Act of 1933 that troops now swore allegiance to the leader (Fuehrer) instead of to their laws. Sound familiar? All the Oathkeepers are saying is that they refuse to be NAZIs!

Common sense would tell any thinking person, any citizen, any Patriot, that someone who makes their living speaking would not only be concerned when free speech is threatened - no - even moreso - they would have a duty taking up public airwaves - to act as watchdogs when someone infringes on their livelihood and the public good.

On the Contrary - NONE have spoken out against Cass Sunstein who has attacked THE FIRST AMENDMENT. ALL HAVE BECLOUDED THE ISSUE OF JOE STACK'S ATTACK ON THE IRS. NONE ARE SPEAKING OUT AGAINST EXPANDING WARS AMIDST ECONOMIC CRISIS WHILE ALL PRETEND TO OPPOSE EACH OTHER. But they don't oppose each other.

I've heard the heroic tales of derring-do by the brave soldiers, sailors, airmen, cia, fbi etc... fighting the war on horror. Their bravery is the standard by which we pay them homage.*

But they are fighting an unjust, illegal, undeclared war - meaning they are fighting for a cause contrary to American morals (killing except in self-defense being one.)

But they are defending us you may say. Wrong. War based on torture-induced confessions based on demonstrable falsehoods (Tony Blair vids most recent example of ends justify means so if this lie didn't work we'll tell another that will) is not a defensive war, it is a war of aggression fomented by false-flag operations in concert with corporate media/propaganda apparatus fed to the public directly out of the pentagon. Conflict of interest is an understatement. These are wars of aggression - not of defense - thereby unjust wars. Equivalent - sorry because this seems to be getting old - equivalent to the wars of the NAZIs, Imperial Japanese, and Fascist Italy.

So to call Americans fighting this war on horror "heroes" one must also consider Hitler's SS troops - some of the finest, bravest, most devoted, sacrificial, zealous, feared, committed, skilled, effective military fighters of all time - HEROES. Also to be considered heroes are the U-boat force of NAZI Germany - talk about sacrifice - of the 40,000 men aboard German submarines, 30,000 never returned. That's what I call brave. Heroes by the standards of America today - and the exact standard of hero to which we hold our fighters of the "war on terror/horror" Why?

Because in both cases we allow ourselves the luxury of ignoring the CAUSE for which they fight. In both cases the fighters ignore the foundation of their efforts - that for which they fight - which in both cases are unjust wars of aggression.

So to continue our fawning adoration of our troops while ignoring the unjust, immoral, undeclared, fraudulent cause for which they actually are fighting is to repeat the mistakes of NAZI Germany - but so what?

Look at some pictures of the "Thousand Year Reich" after nature took its course and they lost the war. That is a picture of America's future. Rubble, smoke and death.

If we are going to repeat history we must remember that we will definitely repeat the entire timeline - right to the bitter end.

I hope those supporting the war on horror like the taste of wallpaper glue - because the way we are going - as history repeats itself - and we follow the path of past aggressor nations - we'll all get to taste the food of folly.

" US Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair said on Wednesday that government agencies have a policy of assassinating Americans overseas as required by the “war on terror.”
In testimony before the House intelligence committee, Blair said the assassinations would be justified if US citizens were “taking action that threatens Americans.” This is an extremely broad category, giving the US intelligence apparatus general authority to engage in what amount to extra-judicial executions.

...The US follows “a set of defined policy and legal procedures that are very carefully observed,” Blair claimed. He also said that the US intelligence agencies seek “specific permission”—presumably from the White House, though Blair was not explicit—to carry out actions that will involve killing US citizens."

Note: Geez. I'll bet he needs a missile or two before each killling is accomplished. At least the NAZIs had the decency to save their citizens' money when they murdered people and built gas chambers to murder them in large numbers. This is typical American government working without any regard for the taxpayer's dollar.

The argument for imprisoning without trial was previously that our inalienable rights were reserved for American citizens - that's how the U.S. Federal government justified letting uncharged victims rot in jail without trial. Now they don't use that argument anymore - they just kill anybody they want American or not. This means you can forget about liberty and the pursuit of happiness because you don't even have the right to life anymore if these serial killers have their way with you.

So all that has to happen is Obama needs you dead and you are "dealt with." No trial. Just murdered. What is to prevent these same people from rounding up an entire village and slaughtering everyone? If you can kill one - why not 100 or 1000 or 6,000,000? After all - there are a lot of bad people out there that may or may not wish us harm. This brings us to the subject of what to do with the bodies.

Shall we start building ovens?

UPDATE FEB 7, 2010 Help me out here - just for the sake of argument and sanity testing... if an American citizen overseas attempted suicide, that person would be "taking action that threatens Americans" (themself) thereby fitting the requirement to be assassinated to protect themself (an American) from themself. Is it me or are we dealing with the insane here?

You see, kids, when officer friendly hands you a sheet of paper you should react obediently, automatically, and according to a pre-determined set of rules. These are not rules designed to protect the rights so magnificently clarified in the Bill of Rights - no - these are "new rules" as specified on this "carbonless" sheet of toilet paper - and when someone hands you a sheet of "carbonless" toilet paper - you should hand them your money - then thank them, for not increasing your "carbon footprint" while you were being robbed with said carbonless ticket for not brushing your teeth!

I encourage readers to review the link above - I heard this patriotic idea broadcast via AM brainwashing network after sundown here in Charlottesville, VA. Sometimes the ionosphere does the cause of liberty good - and sometimes bad. Who can tell the ultimate outcome on the psyche of children, this patriotic nationalistic brainwashing program destined to form cookie-cutter robotic obedient slaves?

I can. The inventor of this selectively poisonous (to lovers of liberty) campaign must be a descendent of Joseph Goebbels - and this offspring national socialist would make Uncle Goebbels so proud!

An aside: Where in the hell are these children getting money to pay for these tickets? I grew up in Wilkes-Barre Township Pa - we didn't have any money to pay a ticket, and had even less respect for shakedown artists.

My Life as a NAZI

Hey, modern America, 2009 - not really so so bad - after all - I can get a cheeseburger with anything I want on it for under ten bucks with a coke too! Wal-Mart and Sam's Club are in operation - gasoline prices aint too bad since it's Fall - heck - once a person gets used to living in debt they can never repay (and might I add, never signed up for) - life is fairly normal. It's changed a bit since the 90's though - now - when the loansharks call they are calling from India. Geez - you would think when India came along we'd import Ghandi - instead we get the sonofabitch that runs 7-11!

Oh well - so what? Just don't answer the phone and keep on pretendin' it'll all be OK in the morning. Yeah I know we are torturing people - I've seen the pictures - I know the politicians are being blackmailed and controlled by agents of foreign governments - but as long as I keep my big mouth shut and do as I'm told everything will blow over.

Damn - but the war in Afghanistan - based on a pack of lies - prompted by a false-flag operation orchestrated at the highest levels of the US government - something about that bothers me. What? How about this month just took over as the deadliest month for service personnel in theater. Ah - hey nobody in my immediate family is in danger so what do I care? So what if the Afghanistan war is now the AFPAK war - which means they've added another COUNTRY to the war - so what? So what if the Congress is supposed to declare war? Hey I'm not in the war, I'm sitting here in front of my fireplace with a laptop computer - nice and cozy. Afghanistan - where's that? Oh - isn't that were Pat Tillman got three rounds in the forehead from an American rifle? Who cares?

I've been reminded often by everyone I know what a pathetic figure I am - sitting here typing on my laptop - trying to get the word out about the confiscation of my rights to fight an undefinable war (War on Terror cannot be defined to my satisfaction) when there are bills to be paid. Shit - Jack Rabbit - how much money are you making on that blog? That's what they ask me. The answer is about 20 cents a month. Yeah - it's worth it right?

Anyway - I guess I'll just have another beer and wait for the next government-led panic attack. The swine flu never scared me because we went through that when I was a kid and it was fake then too. That's the nice thing about re-runs - you know the ending! Jokes on all you young people and panic-stricken soccer moms!

Yeah - anyway - I need to get back to work. I'm getting too goddam old to carry a rifle to the satisfaction of the U.S. military in over 130 nations - so joining up is out. See - the justification for the war isn't of prime importance on the Sean Hannity show - unless "War on Terror" answers all your questions - it just doesn't do much for me since I'm educated.

Oh well, I'll keep you updated on what it's like to be a NAZI - so far it's pretty comfortable outwardly while inwardly I'm so torn I could scream.

I was talkin' to some Iraq vets - approximately 20 years old - my friend I'd met at a bar - related to me that so-and-so (he pointed to a member of his military group) had "two assholes"...
That's because his original asshole + the other asshole formed by an enemy bullet = two assholes. Get it? It's funny isn't it? Great gallows humor. Also so-and-so (another guy about half my age who's nuts should be in full operation) "has no dick" (shot off) and his girlfriend just left him.
Hey - what a great reward for going to fight for Old Glory huh? No dick when you are twenty something under 25 years of age.
