In light of Obombya signing an extension of the USA NAZI ACT again - here is a video everyone interested in becoming free again should watch.
After watching this video I challenge you to justify the actions of Crass (shut up or go to jail) Spinstein and Barack (What is a Bill of Rights?) Obombya regarding their pretended authority over the rights of individuals. Perhaps they are actually scholars of a constitution other than the one Franklin, Washington, Adams, Madison, Jefferson et al. developed. That is the only explanation I can come up with. So they really are doing their job defending "a constitution" - just not the one we were thinking about. Can you come up with a better explanation?
Here's a snippet from the article linked in previous paragraph to demonstrate the complete disregard for Americans' rights - from so-called "Constitutional Scholars" - HA! With friends of the Constitution like these - who needs enemies? Here's what will stay in place thanks to our weak-minded prez:
"
• Authorize court-approved roving wiretaps that permit surveillance on multiple phones.
• Allow court-approved seizure of records and property in anti-terrorism operations.
• Permit surveillance against a so-called lone wolf, a non-U.S. citizen engaged in terrorism who may not be part of a
recognized terrorist group.
The Senate also approved the measure, with privacy protections cast aside when Senate Democrats lacked the necessary
60-vote supermajority to pass them. Thrown away were restrictions and greater scrutiny
on the government's authority to spy on Americans and seize their records"
Only a madman would think he has the power to steal your dreams. Take the time to watch this video because- as Badnarik states - it is that Americans don't understand RIGHTS vs. PRIVILEGES -that Americans are not more inflamed regarding the attacks on their liberties.
Michael Badnarik mentions a section of his book on this topic you can download FREE BY CLICKING HERE

UPDATE FEB 28, 2010 FYI I made a slight change to a sentence above that after re-reading this - could have been taken as words attributed to M. Badnarik - it didn't sound quite right so I shortened it to only include his words.
