Notice that the stunned witnesses - citizens - aware they were observing injustice - didn't do anything to stop it.  That's because critical mass requirements for the coming chain-reaction of public rage has not yet been reached.  These witnesses - and the victim of this crackpot "ranger" - can safely be added to the critical mass + side.

Again - nobody watching did a damned thing to stop the cops.  Is it because they all agreed that the cops were "just doing their job?"  Is it because they all believed - "deep down inside" - that  it is necessary for the survival of our society that these protesters take a hit like that - for the good of all?


Or is it because the "crowd" - enslaved by "herd mentality" and repeatedly conditioned by constant and incrementally horrible police brutality understand that they'd better shut the hell up or they are next?  I'd guess the latter.  But again - as the masses ineluctably accrue toward justice for all - the numbers of bystanders must diminish as the critical mass of awakened citizens  accumulate toward that undefinable critical limit - where the chain reaction becomes a matter of natural law - and the most basic forces of the universe - omnipresent - simply.......... ...BOOM!

What I find deeply disturbing about the FACT that America IS A POLICE STATE - are the contradictions - the hypocrisy of the participants.


The military folks - for the most part - active duty - are literally brainwashed - and have limited access to information.  The are also busy fighting for their lives and depend on the citizens of this nation to fix the political situation so that their actions will only based upon just cause.  


The police - on the other hand - I've lost patience.  They are clearly out-of-control, on the public dole, profiting from the temporary gravy train of Federal monies to support their tyranny-supporting enterprises.  They are NOT on MY side.  Are they on YOUR side?


America will soon reach a critical mass - as the power-hungry move us toward another war - a world war - using pretexts of "threats" from Iran to dupe the public once again into the next quagmire.


Think about it folks - if the Iranians had a nuke right now - how would they hit us with it?  Here's a possibility:

There are so many more - it's hardly worth going into.  Crying about America being "at risk" it absurd - America has plenty of cans of "whoopass" - that's for sure.

Our risk is our economy - our manufacturing - and our ability to take care of ourselves.  What we, as Americans, and those out there counting on Americans to clean up our own mess here at home before we show up as missionaries of "freedom" with bullets and bombs - what we are really risking - are our rights.

Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are presently ignored by a government created solely to preserve those very rights on behalf of We the People.  

When, not if, critical mass is reached - the war will be over only when the question is settled whether or not:

Holy Smokes - I'm tryin' to get into the "holiday spirit" - I'm not being politically correct here - I don't give a rats bee-hind about that - but I'm struggling with the dichotomy - happy joyous feelings of mirth - and awaiting some dumbass in a uniform with a badge and gun to "take me away."  

I am not paranoid - scared - concerned - any of that.  Why should I be?  Surely the cops around here are smart enough to understand that I have the right to keep and bear arms to protect my unalienable rights - whether they follow the illegal orders to deny them - or some mercenary outfit of dumbasses that can't read the Constitution.

I'm in a pickle:  Why?

I got in my car today - and went to drink from my tea-cup - but somebody else was takin' a drink.  It was one of those ubiquitous "stink-bugs" - the little bugger took a walk down the interior wall of my Thomas Jefferson cup and was drinking some fine Earl Grey.  I had to pour it out and thirsty-bug - I couldn't hurt him and made sure he didn't drown during the process.  Call me a sissy - I don't care.  The bug's just doin' his job.

The point is that my own personal philosophy prevents me from killing anything or anybody - period.  Why the hell would I?  I only know that I have no idea why I'm here, the bug is here or anyone is here.  But thanks to a treasonous Congress - I no longer enjoy such luxury.  My own government has declared war on ME AND YOU.  Now we have a problem.

I hope that when Obama signs this:

...that the cops, sheriffs, military, mercenaries - all of them understand that I can't go to jail for exercising my freedom of speech.  How will I pay my mortgage?  (Just kidding)

The problem is that it is MY JOB to help the "authorities" in their pursuit as perfecting their status as American citizen from encroaching upon my unalienable rights.  That's a real shame - because I know that 20% of the people in any organization do 80% of the work - which means that the other 80% of cops are a bunch of dumbasses that will have to be shot if they intend to imprison any American citizen without trial.  How horrible.  

I cannot imagine shooting a human being with an AK - or WASR-10 - or .22 Ruger with a 50-round mag - or a Browning shotgun - or Dad's double-barrel 12 gauge - hey - I can't even hunt any more.  But I would rather hunt than spend time in indefinite detention any day.  

What would I tell my father if he knew I let a bunch of goons with badges and guns take me captive without at least gunning a few of them down?  That would be a real disgrace.

It's the Christmas/ Holiday season - nobody wants to think of such things - but in my mind - this is the time for reflection.

If you swore an oath to "defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic" and you cannot see that we have domestic enemies - and I'm not one of them - well...I guess high noon is coming.  It's a damn shame - because many depending on me will be disappointed if I die in a gun battle here at the house.  The homestead - my "homeland" that goons may invade.

But - maybe that's what it will take to wake up those still living the lie - the fantasy.  Don't know.

Please don't come to my house to indefinitely detain me without trial.  I cannot allow that.  I'm a great shot - especially with a rifle.

P.S. - perhaps this indefinite detention legislation is a good thing - since it will legalize our (citizens/militia) using the "law" to hold the traitors accountable for their betrayal of their oaths to uphold the Constitution.

Pearl Harbor Day - December 7, 1941 - as predicted by Franklin Delano Roosevelt, is a day that still lives in infamy.  Warning - although we had another - 911 - we've probably got another false-flag coming soon to start the next bloodbath. 

Following the "War to End All Wars" - the "Great War" - "World War I" - Americans had actually learned something - the body politic of these United States - We The People - KNEW - that George Washington - the "Father of Our Country" was RIGHT when he admonished us to avoid foreign entanglements - and to BEWARE OF THE CONCENTRATION OF POWER IN ONE DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT:

So what does this mean for us?  Not only has power been concentrated in one department of government here in these United States - it has been usurped by traitors who've infiltrated all departments of our government - traitors taking their marching orders from unelected officials and monied interests.  Interests whose agendas are most alarmingly at odds with OUR RIGHTS.

I waited a few days to write anything about the recent vote by our TRAITOROUS Senate in favor of the NATIONAL DEFENSE AUTHORIZATION ACT because the implications are sickening - if one reads history.  What must be said about the ineluctable conclusion of such a tyrannical power-grab - made me think about what I must say - since I must face the truth of the matter - and speaking the truth now is like donning a deer costume and frolicking in the woods on the first day of deer hunting season.  But hey - what the hell - it's a free country right?  


And after all - what - is Lindsey Graham gonna' come over here to my house and try to take me captive?  What a sissy.  Good luck.  Or how about the idiot Carl Levin?  He'd not be able to catch me let alone lay a hand on me - I'd kick his ass - easily.  

 Wait - forget the violence defending against the TREASONOUS senators - I know - I can crumple up a hundred dollar bill and throw it into the driveway - and when the venal viper goes to grab it - I'll just head out the back door!  

No - I'll bet their intention is to send some dumbass in a uniform who doesn't understand our Constitution and the meaning of unalienable rights to do his TREASONOUS TASK of BETRAYAL of WE THE PEOPLE AND THE CONSTITUTION - to which he and the others swore an oath to uphold. 




If you haven't heard of this treasonous act of betrayal of WE THE PEOPLE - by oath-bound servants we hired to protect our rights - against all enemies foreign and domestic - I'm not surprised. The mainstream media has worked hard to hide this disgrace - this declaration of war against YOU and Me - and the FACT that Ron Paul is sweeping the nation as leading candidate for president.


I've taken the time over the last few days to think this over - this act of war against ME - AND YOU.  Why?


Because after digesting the FACT that scumbags like McCain and Lindsey Graham and Levin - and many others - having taken an oath to defend my rights - just passed a bill claiming that the very government I pay for has a "right" to indefinitely - without trial imprison me - and YOU - and YOUR KIDS.


So - what am I to make of this?


Ron Paul must be elected - then protected from assassination.  That's the peaceful way out of this.  There is absolutely, positively NO OTHER ANSWER RIGHT NOW.


If Ron Paul is not elected I predict the worst.  I'm talking about bloodshed - and lots of it.  Why?


Because if this crooked den of vipers posing as our "representatives" intend to send a local public servant - sheriff - police - SWAT - to start rounding us up without trial - it is our duty - to shoot them.  To kill them if necessary - because they are obeying illegal orders they should not have obeyed.  Because their superiors that gave said orders are DISOBEYING THE LAW.  But is that OK for a citizen to do?


YES.  It is morally justifiable to fire on any law enforcement or military - foreign troops - mercenaries - you name it - if they come to take you away and lock you up indefinitely without trial.  It is undignified for human beings to be treated like livestock.  It is that simple.


It doesn't matter if the criminal shows up with a mask and gun in the dark to violate your rights - or if a criminal shows up with a mask and a gun wearing a badge - or a uniform - to violate your unalienable rights.  Either way - YOU ARE MORALLY JUSTIFIED IN KILLING THEM.


THAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH THIS INSANE BETRAYAL OUR SENATE HAS COMMITTED AGAINST WE THE PEOPLE.


I can go on for days regarding the idiotic logic of killing citizens to protect citizens - but why?

Our recent generation has been raised on a steady diet of poison food, toxic vaccines, violence-glorifying entertainment.  Those whose brains have not yet matured to the point where they can understand the consequences of their actions - are having a party.  After all - look at the examples they follow.


An immoral military - one not interested in the reason for fighting - only interested in the fight itself.  


An immoral government - where the overwhelming majority holding seats go there for the cash reward awaiting those willing to sell their souls for a buck.  


Immoral corporations - not only blind to the wasteland left in their path - as they inhale every last nickel of profit from their funnel-like organizations - worse.  Immoral corporations selling poisonous vaccines, genetically modified stupefying, fattening foods to families desperate to fill their groaning bellies as they scurry from shit-job to shit-job.  Criminal corporations led by me-first, I've got mine - venal reptiles.  Corporations adept at escaping taxes and enriching just a few.  Corporations that will deliver anything anytime anywhere  if you have the money - one minute producing Agent Orange and the next minute a case of fake oranges designed for shipping - not for nutrition.


Immoral schools and universities - where professors can keep their jobs as long as they keep their goddam mouth shut - that is - unless - they are willing to cook the data to present the conclusions from their fed-funded "study" in the light needed by those providing their grant.  Where a football means more than a kid's soul.  


Immoral religious institutions - where covering up child molestation is more important than stopping child molestation.  


Immoral everything - everywhere - all the time.  Greed, avarice, status, medals, bragging rights - yes - that's what Americans value.


It is time for the good guys/gals out there to stand up and turn the tide against the crooks.  War profiteering is nothing new - as you'll see from the snippet below.  There have always been scum ready to profit by whatever means possible - life be damned.  The problem is - that today - at least in America - the scum has certainly risen to the top of this pond.

Perhaps our pond is going through a natural cycle that all ponds do.  We are emerging now from a winter of frozen activity - where the dominant entities have had their time in a dominant role.  With the springtime thaw - now apparent with the new rays of light brought by the information age - the internet - the awakening of the sleeping and now hungry population - we will see the natural emergence of the good moral people as they awaken from their idle slumber.  A natural awakening - where realization that individuals DO count and individuals CAN make a difference:  From THIS LINK:

The Trouble We're In

That we're in trouble is not a surprise.  But how much trouble we are in is astonishing.


Although, as an American, this blog is Amerocentric - as kind commenters have pointed out - this post is not.  When I say ALL of us I mean all life on this planet.  But what are we going to do about it?


There is a presidential election pending - I like Ron Paul.  I hate everybody else running.  Cain was picked because he is a Federal Reserve crony and...bonus...he is black - a perfect front-man for the powerful monied interests controlling American politics.  No more race card for the phony opposition.  Why?


Obama is a coward, a liar, and a loser.  He's an outstanding orator, when equipped with a teleprompter - projecting verve and vigor and conviction and everything wonderful - problem is - it's all lies.  I don't care to beat up on the man - the way I see it - as if he didn't know it would happen - once in office - he was sat down- for "the talk" - where he was "educated" in the "ways of the world" and given generous offers no one wishing harm on their loved ones can ever ever refuse.  Maybe I'm wrong - but let's get serious here - his past is a wild card - his public life brief - his meteoric rise to commander-in-chief faster than a rocket engine takes to burn out.  Payback's a bitch, as the saying goes, and Chicago politics is all about payback.  Opinions and conjecture - yes - but I'd love to hear a better explanation.  I wish the man well - as I do all fellow human beings.  Even murderers - I'm against the death penalty - except for treason - not even for public officials murdering the American citizens they are sworn to protect.


The trouble we are in...yes...extrajudicial killings...torture....banks gone wild....media strangled - and now - having lost their grip on public opinion - soon to "go dark" when "national security" requires the public get NO information since the only thing to report will be riots, revolts, and revolution.  There's no way the boob-tube can report true America rising against their slave-masters is there?  


America is now Amerika for one reason and one reason only:  because WE are NOT abiding by the Constitution.  PERIOD.  Commenters to this blog have reiterated this simple fact to me when I've explored other options like internet-driven direct democracy - the Mike Gravel plan - etc...


But why has our republic failed - and why have we not kept it?  


Moral fiber and Ethics:  Yes - these words hit the hammer blow to the nail right where it counts - but then we are mired in the swamp of "what is ethics" - "what are morals" etc...


These issues get fogged in religious debates etc...  Rightly so.  After all - if we say that our "inalienable rights" are not from a creator - whether or not one believes in a creator - then from where do they come?  That's a big problem - because when you throw a creator out of the picture - you are stuck with mankind itself - and that is the LAST place that will serve as an advisor on peace, equality, brotherhood, love of liberty and the rest of it.  Why?  Because human nature dictates that the power hungry work overtime without pay to get power - then they collect the dividends in a fruitless attempt to sate their insatiable appetite for ever more more more.


The Art Closet
I remember when I was in gradeschool - one of my buddies found a way to break into the art-closet in our tiny school.  The art closet was a small room, locked always, safeguarding a treasure trove of art supplies - things like tubes of paint, colored pencils, sheets of colored poster paper, and sundry items of colorful fun for kids.


Somehow we broke into that room time and again - to the point where everybody was just raiding the place.  Tubes of paint were splatted everywhere in the boys section of the schoolyard - poster-paper was blowing in the wind, classmates were flush with brand-new pencils in a coal-mining town when they were broke - well - I'm sure you know that our teachers saw all of this.


The Day of Reckoning for the Art Closet Raids
Yep - we got caught.  One of the girls ratted us out - at least - that's my pushing-fifty view since they thought we were a bunch of crooks and hadda' go down.


It's funny - while the caper was going on - it seemed like a big party.  But when the long arm of the law showed up - all of the sudden the seriousness of our crimes came into limpid focus.  We were in trouble.  Cops and everything.


In the end the ringleaders were punished and the interrogations led the authorities to the followers, the dummies, and everyone else that thought stealing was trivial - because "everyone was doing it."  Parental discipline in those days was not a joke.  Cops were a kid's preferred punisher - parents a very distant second.

The Point
The torture party is over.  The books are coming out - Cheney, Rice and the rest of them.  But all of a sudden - torture is no longer chic.  Wars based on lies are not flag-draped rallies - but horror shows of human carnage, orphans, refugees - and shame.  The physical challenges faced by returning vets pale in comparison to the PTSD and guilt many will carry with them for the rest of their lives.  And for what?  For the greedy power-hungry authors of books  - books designed to absolve these Constitutional-rapists from square one.  Public opinion has clearly abandoned those who've been "robbing the art closet" - so what's next?


What to Do?
Yes - the electronic voting machines are a complete disaster - but the fact is - that's all we have.  


We must press on with the system in place - as a peaceful-power-transfer loving people.  We have no other choice.


If any of the voting systems can be fixed before the next election - great - but in the meantime we must assume these systems are what we are stuck with.  Are there means to ensure the integrity of said systems? Of course.  Will they be implemented?  That's a local issue - our Republic depends upon it.  


Ron Paul is the only candidate that makes sense.  Criticisms of Ron Paul - that I've heard are not accurate - and I encourage those reading this post to watch as many videos of Ron Paul as possible.  He does NOT have radical ideas - he has truly conservative ideas - and if you are allergic to the word "conservative" please look it up and ask why a conservative like Ron Paul espouses some of the very same policies John F. Kennedy did - the same ones that got JFK shot - and may get Ron Paul shot - usurping the power of the Federal Reserve - ending profit-based wars, and eliminating superfluous government lemmingocracies.


If the EPA is so good - then why were acceptable human radiation levels increased following the Fukushima disaster - a catastrophe that we are experiencing on our own, without the help of the mainstream media.


If the dept. of Education is so good - why don't young folks know what the "Manhattan Project" is?  Think I'm kidding.  As embarrassing as this is to admit - I heard Rush Limbaugh - on his propaganda show - ask the kids in his support staff in the studio if they knew what the "Manhattan Project" was - NONE HAD HEARD OF IT!  


If the CDCP - popularly known as the "CDC" (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) are so effective- why did my wife come home to inform me that one must ask at the (former employer) hospital she worked at that one must ask for the "bad-stuff-free" vaccine the hospital was pushing on all employees.  Hmmmmm?  Why is the public in so much trouble from flu to the point that every fluorescent-light flooded Walmartgreenetc store has a BIG SIGN at the entrance SELLING flu shots?  I''ve had a flue a coupla' thousand times and I've survived every single one.  The worst were when I went to Germany for three months in the nineties - if you haven't noticed - I'M STILL ALIVE!


What about the TSA?  


NAZIs.  I mean literally - that is - with respect to their jackboots - stupid look on their face - willingness to steal and willingness to participate in the stripping of citizens' rights, participation in the humiliation of women, encroachment on civilian travel on public interstates in Tennessee, and the rest of it.  Not only don't these idiots care - they don't know enough TO CARE.  And even if they did care - what's the difference? They joined on with the goon squad to enjoy their own sick pleasure - pedophilia - theft - sadistic humiliation of the public.  You name it - the perfect job for the scum of the earth!



Who's to Blame?
I've always followed a simple rule.  This may sound childish - but follow the twisted torturers wearing leather jackets - additionally and especially if they like brown.

Perhaps I'm paranoid - a conspiracy theorist (whatever the heck that is) - "crazy" (whatever that is) - or "an extremist" (whatever the heck that is) - or a critical thinker (we all know what that is.)

The end-game is WE LOSE OUR RIGHTS to dictators, tyrants, legalized thieves, usurers, con-artists, and the glorified greediest goons on the planet - that is - if we don't keep the pressure on the lot of them.

No - we don't want hand-outs or free anything - how stupid is that?  WE want to pay our own way - as we've been raised to do in the American tradition.  What we don't want - is to be robbed in the process of working our way to the "top" - you know - that Nirvana that each and every one of us has determined to be the place we wish to exist.  That's a very personal Nirvana - free of the constraints artificially imposed by scam-artist marketers - scam-artist banksters - crooked politicians - has-been generals working for Rupert Murdick false-news network, liars like Sean, Neal, Laura and the rest of the Rushbies -

we want what we want - our own goals - our own self-determined "success" - our own money - our own mental peace - free of the fluorescent-light-polluted prisons these manipulators of mankind wish to incarcerate all of us in - 9 to 5 for a one-bedroom - and 24-7-365 for a two-bedroom.

It's time for the war mongers and the usurers and media liars to take a hike - or face the public.  Hopefully for them - and I'm not hoping for them - they won't have to deal with the tar and feathers, pillorys, or oh man, this can get bad if we keep up that train of thought.

America is an all-welcoming place - still.  We don't care where you are from.  We don't care who you worship.  All we ask is that we can put all that aside and have a peaceful nation.  That means come together.

Americans will fight - but for what - I have no idea

Take a look at this slugfest at a football game - looks like they were just having fun.  Blowing off some steam I suppose.

"Two men are fighting for their lives after one was savagely beaten in a Candlestick Park bathroom during the San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders exhibition game and another was shot several times after the game in a double shooting in the parking lot.

A 24-year-old man, who was wearing an "(Expletive) the Niners" T-shirt, was shot two to four times in the stomach before driving his truck to Gate A and stumbling to security, said San Francisco police Sgt. Frank Harrell. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital in critical condition.

Another man in his 20s was shot near Lot V about 20 minutes earlier and had superficial face injuries, Harrell said, and was taken to the same hospital. The first shooting happened shortly after 8 p.m., about 15 minutes after the game ended."

Yes - Americans will fight.  They just need something to fight about.  

The above video demonstrates how charged the mob is - it is simply a matter of whipping them up with just the right spark.

Our fear-and-war-mongering leaders have worked, and continue to work, hard to fan the flames of racism, religion, terror-scare and other chicken-little-the-sky-is-falling strategies to maintain a constant state of hysteria here in America.  I must say - they've been doing a heckuva' job.  The message to the mob:  " Be afraid - be very afraid - always."

Add the financial pressure that nags constantly at the mob - just in case they get a minute to think about relaxing - start a new war - get the feds to plant another phony bomb plot somewhere - and keep the government-worker-gravy-train going.  Then send the fed-cops in to shake the public down for the next round of bonuses and legalized-theft facilitated government contracts.  Anybody need a fifty-thousand dollar hammer?  The government crooks can get away with such sport - but you or I would only end up in the slammer.  Getting mad yet?  No - not about a football game - about being robbed.  It doesn't matter - the feds'll come up with another round of faux news-spread panic from another false-flag attack somewhere to keep the spell on.

I don't watch football - it's not important to me.  How anyone can be so loyal to a team sport where the players have no loyalty to the team - only to the almighty dollar - makes me wonder about why the fans care.  Why don't they care about who is inflating away their money supply?  Is football that great?  

Why don't the fans fight to keep their kids genitals out of the hands of the TSA?  Isn't that something to be fighting-mad about? It is to me.  Maybe while their kids were being raped at the airport the parents were watching a football game on the telescreen.

Why don't football fans get mad about genetically-modified food infecting the world food supply - a rotten supply of food coming under the control of just a few rotten people?  Why don't the football fans take a minute to examine why a private bank is looting our country?  Why don't football fans ask why they voted for "change" and since getting no change are losing the other intangible idiotic bumper-sticker sales-slogan of "hope."  

Why don't football fans and Americans in general grow-up, wake-up, and stand-up for something that really matters instead of punching each others faces in at a football game?  Why don't Americans come together instead of constantly fighting each other - or shooting each other for wearing a t-shirt insulting a football team?  Why?

The answer/s to the questions above are many.  The answers have a lot to do with our owned mainstream media.  A media of lies and platitudes propagated for the constant division and conquering of the masses by a few filthy-rich so-called "elites" - whose main claim-to-fame is being greedier than anyone else in the galaxy.  Is psycopathic greed for ever-more "stuff" and power something we should be in awe of?  Should we laud "elites" so greedy for power and "stuff" that they are willing to rob and plunder everyone and anything they do not yet own?  Where will they stop?  Is it reasonable to suspect that these greedy "elites" won't stop until THEY OWN EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US?

We've got to find a way to take the anger and rage demonstrated by football fans and refocus it - hopefully peacefully - toward more constructive efforts.  We need media affirmation of the problems our country faces - or the masses of TV-watching fans may never see the storm that is coming our way - financially, liberty-wise, food-wise, war-wise.  So far - the moribund mainstream media has failed us.  They continue to fail us.  They may be the first- if our ship-of-state doesn't change course to walk the plank.  If they can't at least see that - how can we rely on them to report what is relevant to the well-being of our country and its citizens?

I know Americans will fight - but for what - that is the question.  Only bold leadership at the government level - and demonstrable courage by our moribund mainstream media, to awaken this angry stewing mob will get U.S. back to being the world leader in Liberty.

I'm not sure how to conclude this rant other than to plead with those still hypnotized by the boob-tube to keep talking to each other, support each other ESPECIALLY when discussing topics not agreed upon, and to watch out for FALSE-FLAG attacks.
