Monsanto Faced with Paying 7.5 Billion Back to Farmers
"Back in April, a Brazilian court ruled that Monsanto absolutely was responsible for paying back the exorbitant amounts of cash back to the farmers, ordering the company to issue back all of the taxes collected since 2004 — a minimum of 2 billion dollars. Afterwards, Monsanto appealed the decision and the case is now suspended until a further hearing is initiated by the Justice Tribune of the local court stationed in Rio Grande do Sul."

"Scientists" create monster ants...
REad more HERE
"Scientists showed that ordinary ants of the species Pheidole morrisi contain all the genetic 'tools' needed to turn them into supersoldiers - they just need a hormonal push.
The research is reported today in the journal Science."
-----
Note:
This is great news. "Scientists" - our friends - have found a way to create monsters.
But don't you worry your pretty little head - the "scientists" have everything under control (NOT) - they are playing around with genetic material - and hey mannnn - sorry if that ant escaped 'n' shit mannnnnn - we were just doing an experiment 'n' shit - ok mannnnn? (Hit offa joint)
We are amidst a stinkbug onslaught right now. They never go away - just appeared and now they are everywhere.
I suggest that whoever these "scientists" are - that if these fucking ants escape - we feed these fucking scientists to these monsters they are so fond of. Let's start by putting these wonderful ants into goggles we attach to these "scientists" faces.
We'll see how funny all this genetic engineering is - shall we?
Genetically modified food, bugs, animals - everything. Hey - go back to sleep! The "scientists" are having a party! They are kinda' like God - but in reverse.
Better wake up folks.

Obama Deregulates GMO Crops Despite Supreme Court Injunction
"Obama’s push for deregulation potentially also means the end of the organic meat and organic dairy industries as we presently know them. Essentially, he is choosing to favor the profits of big agribusiness over the survival of America’s family farmers, and especially America’s organic farmers."

Local organic insiders watching closely as Monsanto sued over seed patents
"“A good part of the reason why groups like Canadian Organic Growers signed on is we are sick of these companies suing farmers,” Telford said, adding that GM seed is particularly devastating for organic farmers because contamination can force them to lose their organic certification and consequently their livelihood.
Suing Monsanto is a “huge risk,” she added."

Note: So let me get this straight - Monsanto pollutes your crop - then sues you for having their pollution on your property?

Experts: Contamination from GM alfalfa certain
"Contamination of organic and traditional crops by recently deregulated, genetically modified alfalfa is inevitable, agriculture experts said, despite Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack's recent assurances the federal government would take steps to prevent such a problem.
Many farmers had been pushing the U.S. Department of Agriculture to approve the use of genetically modified alfalfa. Monsanto developed the seed"

Note: Many thanks to Tom Vilsack for assuring us that the government somehow has the power to tell pollen where to blow in the wind. Lemme guess - this dumbass still has a job making decisions somewhere high up the food chain. No wonder we are in so much trouble.

What’s Holding Americans Back?
"Could it have been the factory-farmed, battery-raised, hormone implanted, antibiotic-laced, pesticide sprayed, genetically modified beef, fish, chicken, eggs, dairy, vegetables, grains that were used in the highly processed, synthetic, ultra pasteurized, artificially sweetened, colored and flavored “product” passed off as food? Food Safety Bill Passes the Senate
"Small food facilities that do less than $500,000 in sales annually and sell most of their food within a 275 mile area would be exempt from the new regulations, though the FDA reserves the right to revoke the exemption for a given facilities if they come across contaminated food from the facility while investigating a foodborne illness outbreak."

Senate Bill S510 Makes it illegal to Grow, Share, Trade or Sell Homegrown Food
Read entire article HERE
" Monsanto says it has no interest in the bill and would not benefit from it, but Monsanto’s Michael Taylor who gave us rBGH and unregulated genetically modified (GM) organisms, appears to have designed it and is waiting as an appointed Food Czar to the FDA (a position unapproved by Congress) to administer the agency it would create — without judicial review — if it passes. S 510 would give Monsanto unlimited power over all US seed, food supplements, food and farming. "

Brazilian farmers declare war on Monsanto
Read entire article HERE.
" "Cross pollination may take place if there's a field of GM soya next to a non-GM one at flowering time," Galvan said. "Contamination can also take place if the machines are not well cleaned at harvest time, and some GM beans remain. In this way, they will be considered GM when they are tested.""

Monsanto Wins as Supreme Court Backs Alfalfa Seed Planting
Read entire article here:
" The U.S. Supreme Court, ruling in favor of Monsanto Co., overturned a judge’s ban on the planting of alfalfa seeds engineered to be resistant to the company’s Roundup herbicide.
The 7-1 ruling shifts the focus of the environmental dispute to the Agriculture Department, which under today’s ruling now can consider allowing limited planting. That would be an interim measure while the USDA finishes an environmental impact statement that ultimately might clear the way for unrestricted planting."

Monsanto's GMO Corn Linked To Organ Failure, Study Reveals
Read entire article here:
" Monsanto has immediately responded to the study, stating that the research is "based on faulty analytical methods and reasoning and do not call into question the safety findings for these products."
The IJBS study's author Gilles-Eric Séralini responded to the Monsanto statement on the blog, Food Freedom, "Our study contradicts Monsanto conclusions because Monsanto systematically neglects significant health effects in mammals that are different in males and females eating GMOs, or not proportional to the dose. This is a very serious mistake, dramatic for public health. This is the major conclusion revealed by our work, the only careful reanalysis of Monsanto crude statistical data.""
-------------
Note: I wonder how Monsanto knows where the pollen from their plants will land when, as far as I know, no human being can predict which way the wind will blow 100% of the time. Oh - that's right - they can't. This means they are contaminating everything with their handiwork - without really knowing what the repercussions will be. But - it's probably a safe bet that in the end they will be in control of the food supply - and we will be at their mercy. Talk about a weak negotiating position.
Note #2: I should point out that I hate the Huffington Post because they are either cowards, stupid, or traitors for helping keep the public ignorant of 911 Truth. But the Monsanto issue is so huge I had to link to them.
