Investigate NIST Officials Shyam Sunder and John Gross

Summary: I am writing to urge immediate investigation of Shyam Sunder and John Gross of NIST for the following possible violations in their investigations of the destruction of the 3 WTC towers in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001: (1) waste, fraud and abuse, (2) making false and/or incompetent statements, (3) mismanagement, and (4) possible misprision of felonies."

Note: I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for anybody at NIST to be held accountable for their sorry work. It is obvious that they ignored alternate hypotheses for the collapses- especially the one that most fits the evidence-controlled demolition. For now it matters not why they ignored this alternate hypothesis - what matters is that they did as it undermines their conclusions.

Four pictures appear below for your consideration. Without blaming anyone in particular for this measurement miff I submit that the lesson to be learned is to question EVERYTHING -ESPECIALLY if the U.S. Government is to be depended on at any level as a factor in your judgement of what the truth of any matter is. I don't blame the government for the mis-measure below since I have no faith in them anyway. I just wonder what they are doing with all our tax money if, in the end, a simple student ruler cannot be trusted.

Let's say you wanted to buy your kid a school ruler and you went down to the local supermarket and bought one of two available. I bought both. Let's say you gave one of these rulers to your kid and they used it at school. Simple enough right? Did you really give them what you thought you were giving them? After all somebody is making sure that weights and measures in America are dependable - right? I checked out the NIST site and the Department of Commerce under which they are a division. I found even more departments - maybe one of those departments/divisions is to blame. I didn't bother linking the websites since the pictures below are worth thousands of their website assurances.

Take a look specifically the lengths of the rulers - the purpose for which they are designed. Which is right? A girl I asked laughed and told me "take the cheaper one!"

Just so you can determine for yourself if I can depend on either school ruler I've put a live round from a Kalashnikov in the picture because I wanted to provide a standard for you to judge measurement accuracy by.

By the way, I didn't know the camera was that horrible either.

"Pullit" ... no not the building...

the lever! You can fill in the blanks as to which lever that is. That is the sentiment expressed in the comments appearing below a recent Rawstory article regarding Larry Silverstein, of 911 fame, begging for taxpayer money because of what appears to be business failure.

My attention landed on (CLICK HERE) this article informing us peons that we have to "pony up" again and give this gentleman more money?

From the article:
"The rebuilding of the World Trade Center site, already hobbled by years of delays and infighting, is facing fresh problems as private developer Larry Silverstein asks the government for crucial financial assistance, according to people familiar with the matter."

What did he do with the approximately 7 BILLION BUCKS he made on 911? He cleverly claimed 911 was two attacks not one so doubled his insurance net after the pyroclastic cloud of concrete dust settled. What he was not clever about was coming up with an explanation, (an explanation not for public consumption, but consistent with science) for why a third building, WTC7, collapsed mysteriously that day - after NOT being hit by an airplane as were the twin towers. Two planes - three gigantic towers. What gives? Just say "Pullit" and watch the building collapse.
