Sorry to bring this up - but we must revisit history if we are to learn its lessons.  Smart people learn from history so as to avoid repeating mistakes - big ones - like the one that happened in Germany under the NAZIs.  The slow incremental slide into dictatorship has been likened to the slow drip of an anesthetic - just a little bit at a time - until the full effect over time leaves one wondering - how in the hell did things get to this point?  Incrementalism.

It is important to recognize incrementalism for what it is.  The first exposure is shocking.  The second ain't so bad.  The third seems normal.  Jesse Ventura recognized this incremental desensitization as he repeatedly submitted to the airline TSA goofery.  After reflecting on his state of mind after having repeatedly submitted to this idiocy- he realized that he was becoming accustomed to being treated like a head of cattle.  Yes - becoming accustomed to blind obedience and submission is dangerous indeed.  He recognized that.  Do you?

He's a veteran and former governor.  He is the only person to effectively get the so-called truth movement information - (erroneously labeled as conspiracy theory) onto the mainstream media.  

There is one thing you need to understand my friend - if you are not willing to sacrifice - you cannot have anything.  If you are not willing to say "no" you cannot be free.  If you cannot say "f#ck you" to a groping idiot in a uniform - you cannot say you are a free citizen.

Jesse Ventura has set the example for YOU.  He is no longer going to fly due to the "in your pants" NAZI grope-search.  Oh - and if you think YOU need to fly - I really doubt you need to fly more than Jesse Ventura.

Jesse Ventura puts his principals first, profit second - and although I don't know anything of the amounts of money involved - I am willing to bet that he is sacrificing more money than the average person.  But the point is that he has decided to take the ultimatum of that Janet Napolinazo to either comply or fly.

Jesse Ventura is doing YOUR JOB FOR YOU!  He knew he was incrementally being sucked into a NAZI system and extracted himself.  HE IS SETTING THE EXAMPLE FOR YOU!  FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE!

Kerik Sentenced to 4 years: Maps of Associations

It's official - Bernard Kerik, Rudy Giuliani's Police Commissioner during the 911 attacks, and former nominee to head the Orwellian Department of Homeland Security is going to jail - but not for long - and from what I can determine - NOT for conspiracy - as was one of the original charges as you will see below. But first let's see what the New York Times reports:

" Mr. Kerik, 54, pleaded guilty to two counts of tax fraud, one count of making a false statement on a loan application — the most serious — and five separate counts of making false statements to the federal government. These last charges stemmed from statements Mr. Kerik made to the White House during the vetting process after the Bush administration nominated him to lead the Department of Homeland Security. He later withdrew his name. "

" Kerik was Giuliani's police commissioner when New York City was attacked, and he was praised worldwide for his leadership. At Giuliani's urging, he was nominated to the top Homeland Security post in 2004. It was the peak of his fast-rising career — as corruption allegations began to mount."

Obama advisor Sunstein's "Conspiracy Theory" : Proposals for Silencing Dissent, Misrepresenting the 911 Truth Movement

Just when you thought America and her citizens had suffered enough abuse from federal fraudsters demanding that We The People must give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, an ominous doom-cloud looms to further cheat Americans of those sunny rays that are freedom in America - the cloud's name? Cass Sunstein. In this post we will examine his paper "Conspiracy Theories" and contrast some snippets from the paper with videos demonstrating the misrepresentations the paper portrays regarding the 911 Truth Movement and what it stands for.

Wikipedia has a bio on Sunstein:

" Cass R. Sunstein (born September 21, 1954) is an American legal scholar, particularly in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, and law and behavioral economics, who currently is the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Obama administration. For 27 years, Sunstein taught at the University of Chicago Law School,[1] where he continues to teach as the Harry Kalven Visiting Professor. Sunstein is currently Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where he is on leave while working in the Obama administration."

So we have another Constitutional Scholar working for We The People in addition to President Obama. Perhaps this "Constitutional Scholar" will go a step further and actually work to uphold the Constitution and Bill of Rights? Just the opposite.

Sunstein co-wrote a paper titled "Conspiracy Theories" with Adrian Vermeule. The paper can be downloaded HERE. The co-author is identified in the paper as a Professor of Law at Harvard and will be referred to as "the other guy" since he deserves no respect. That isn't to say Sunstein does but since he will be working for the Constitutional Scholar in the White House I focus on him.

To get started please listen to the founder of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth (http://www.ae911truth.org/) , Richard Gage AIA, at the 5:41 mark respond when he is asked for a theory as to who he thinks is behind the attacks of 911 if the official story is false. This follows his discussion of evidence from the crime scene that does not support the official hypothesis - in fact - it supports a hypothesis the 911 commission refused to consider - controlled demolition. Pay special attention to the fact that he doesn't start with a conspiracy theory - he starts with a discussion of evidence and resists the urge to jump to conclusions or "conspiracy theories."



Now that you've had a chance to see one member of the 911 Truth movement speak for himself let's examine some excerpts from Sunstein's paper paying special attention to the disconnect between the picture Sunstein paints of "Conspiracy Theorists" and the reality that is the 911 Truth movement he so desperately, and in vain tries to vilify.

Page 2: "Among sober-minded Canadians, a September 2006 poll found that 22 percent believe that "the attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001 had nothing to do with Osama Bin Laden and were actually a plot by influential Americans. In a poll conducted in seven Muslim countries, 78 percent of respondents said that they do not believe the 9/11 attacks were carried out by Arabs. The most popular account, in these countries, is that 9/11 was the work of the U.S. or Israeli governments. What causes such theories to arise and spread?"

Has it ever dawned on Sunstein that discrepancies between the evidence and the explanation given for events would cause such theories to arise and spread? Apparently he's thought of everything under the sun except for this possibility.

Page 3: "Our main ...focus...involves conspiracy theories relating to terrorism, especially theories that arise from and post-date the 9/11 attacks. These theories exist within the United States and, even more virulently, in foreign countries, especially Muslim countries."

May I point out the authors forgot to mention Denmark and Australia as countries where 911 Truth has blossomed? Note that Muslims this and Muslims that. Don't leave out the Muslims. It's crazy people and Muslims - that's all you need to know. Let me know when you see the crazy fanatical conspiratorial-Muslim people Sunstein needs to rob of their rights as you watch the videos below.

The authors wonder what gives rise to such "Conspiracy Theories." Notice so far that there is no "conspiracy theory" posited by the 911 Truth movement - although after examining the evidence they point out that it contradicts the 911 Commission official conspiracy theory conclusions, and lend support to an alternative hypothesis - controlled demolition. Below is a video you may be familiar with. Another person Sunstein needs to silence?


I can understand why our Harvard Law Professors, guardians of the Bill of Rights and Constitution want to silence citizen-researchers like Richard Gage AIA of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth. In the following video from Canadian television Gage discusses specifics and hard facts (none of which appear in Sunstein's sciolistic scarefest white paper) like "fuel air ratios" "hydrocarbon" and "iron-rich microspheres" - incantations too fantastic for our Harvard Professors to grasp. Is this why they view members of the 911 Truth movement as witches to be preemptively silenced before they can practice their witchcraft otherwise known as the scientific method?

Other facts discussed in these videos, like the melting point of structural steel, or that no steel-framed skyscraper had ever collapsed due to office fires - puzzles demanding investigation escape our Constitutional Scholars from Harvard. As Omniscient Law Professors from the illustrious Harvard University one would think they could grasp the importance of such sober concerns coming from an architect. Nope - they see terrorists they can't debate in public that must be silenced.

Go to time= 8:41 in the video below-listen to what Gage says when pressed to state a conspiracy theory - HE DOESN'T POSIT ONE. So exactly what/which "Conspiracy Theory" are Sunstein (and the other guy) referring to in their paper? Read their paper - it contains only generalizations. Gage does later talk about directions the investigation might take in light of the evidence collected - of course hypotheses will sprout - but the difference between Gage and what our Harvard geniuses misrepresent him and others as - is that Gage considers alternate hypotheses the official 911 Commission and other government investigators chose to ignore. He puts it simply: "Let the chips fall where they may."

And by the way - for a couple of Harvard professors that like throwing the word "Epistemology" around it is ironic that the recommendations proposed in their sanctimonious "Conspiracy Theory" paper would also quash the Socratic method as a means of finding truth. It is no wonder, with American institutions often following the leadership of the great Harvard University; that with philistines like Sunstein and the other guy in prominent positions that our justice system is a travesty.

Later in the paper Sunstein (and the other guy) speciously draw a link between the thought-mechanisms that make people consider "Conspiracy Theories" and "Anger and Hatred." This is the set-up to start calling dissenters terrorists obviously. Translation - critical thinking skills are bad. Blind faith is good.

So lemme guess - that's the reason he needs to send out secret police and internet shills to ridicule, torment and attack with twisted logic those participating in the grass-roots-led investigation that is the 911 Truth movement. He considers all kinds of problems the government faces when faced with the possibility that a "false conspiracy theory" is spreading. Since he and other wise men can intuitively identify a "false conspiracy theory" they will protect us from ourselves by employing agents by night, infiltrators, and shills to disrupt the process by which the rest of us arrive at truth - evidence - science - debate - questioning. Never explained in the paper is how the rest of us can identify "false conspiracy theories" like Sunstein can without examining evidence and applying the scientific method - perhaps the concept is similar to the divine right of kings?

I am a bit surprised that a Harvard Law Professor doesn't leap at the opportunity to publicly debate a bunch of whackos like architect Richard Gage AIA or a plebian like Jack Rabbit. Why can't he use his impenetrable Harvard logic, scientific method, and Harvard debating skills to discredit people who he pretends don't have their facts straight?

Or does he know how to pick his fights - and knows the only way to stop a movement with the truth behind it is by corrupting the very laws that provide the citizens with the checks and balances on their government. The checks and balances that make a free society capable of dispelling myth through open debate - a society that can stop witchhunts because logic and reason rule over fear mongering and emergency measures that rob us of our liberty? Consider this snippet from this autocratically-minded soon-to-be-advisor-to-the-president's paper:

Page 3: "When civil rights and civil liberties are absent, people lack multiple information sources, and they are more likely to accept conspiracy theories.

In a closed society, secrets are not difficult to keep, and distrust of officialaccounts makes a great deal of sense. In such societies, conspiracy theories are both more likely to be true and harder to show to be false in light of available information. But when the press is free, and when checks and balances are in force, government cannot easily keep its conspiracies hidden for long. ...But it does mean that institutional checks make it unlikely, in such societies, that powerful groups can keep dark secrets for extended periods, at least if those secrets involve important events with major social salience."

Thanks professor - for once I agree with you - so why instead of protecting our liberties, the primary function of our Republic, do you propose the opposite?:

Page 14: "What can government do about conspiracy theories?"

Note: The authors from Harvard seem unaware that the 911 Commission Report is itself a conspiracy theory. Completely omitted is that the facts that have been uncovered by scientists, architects, engineers, pilots etc. linked on the left side of this blog question the conclusions of the official 911 report based on an overwhelming body of evidence. Wesley Clark is a member of Patriots Question 911 Truth - do the Harvard Professors intend to 'cognitively infiltrate' Wes Clark's conspiracy group? Which of the following actions they forward would they recommend for a former head of NATO?

Page 14: " We can readily imagine a series of possible responses.
1. Government might ban conspiracy theorizing."

Note: OK so although the geniuses from Harvard know an open society is the best protection against misguided government secrecy they make this proposal banning free speech - which is an inalienable right. A Harvard Law Professor? Send this clown back to school - somewhere else!

Page 14:
"2. Government might impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories."

Note: By "such theories" Sunstein means those that he and others blessed with special DNA can instinctively tell are "false conspiracy theories" - such as the one he imagines is held by the 911 Truth movement. See above videos where Gage distinctly states that he doesn't have a complete theory. Gage uses an analogy describing the 911 Truth movement as that of a detective who after walking into a room, finds a body and several shell casings. The detective doesn't need a complete theory to perform a thorough investigation. The detective, in order to find perpetrator/s must consider ALL hypotheses, not just the hypothesis Harvard Law Pontiffs anoint, and letting the scientific method and good police work lead to the truth.

Page 14:
" 3. Government might itself engage in counterspeech, marshaling arguments to discredit conspiracy theories."

Note: Methinks Sunstein protests too much. Counterspeech as he describes is already impemented. But the government agents will lose this battle because when one argues against the truth one ultimately must rely on logical fallacies which are self-defeating.

Page 14:
" 4. Government might formally hire credible private parties to engage in counterspeech"
Note: They already are but they are running into the same problems stated in paragraph above. Radio and TV personalities are backing away from these tactics because they backfire when the truth comes out - ratings drop - TV and Radio shills lose credibility.

Page 14:

" 5. Government might engage in informal communication with such parties, encouraging them to help. ... our main policy idea is that government should engage in cognitive infiltration of the groups that produce conspiracy theories, which involves a mix of 3, 4, and 5.

Page 22:

" Government agents (and their allies) might enter chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine percolating conspiracy theories by raising doubts about their factual premises, causal logic or implications for political action. "

Note: The Harvard Law Professor's 29 page paper "Conspiracy Theory" defines a conspiracy theory as:
"an effort to explain some event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role."

So let me get this straight: Harvard Law Professor is proposing government sanctioned conspiratorial acts directed at the 911 Truth Movement while simultaneously proposing that people who know that their government commits conspiratorial acts are "dangerous" and must be pre-emptively silenced.

Page 16:
"According to an anonymous State Department official in charge of anti-disinformation, "a great deal of harm can result 'when people believe these lies and then act on the basis of their mistaken beliefs.' "

Note: This is great information from Sunstein - and I wish to add that I have information from an anonymous State Department official too! I was told by this anonymous top secret source that there are some Harvard Law Professors with absolutely no respect for the United States Constitution committed to the employment of scare tactics to trample on the Bill of Rights.

Page 29:

" Some conspiracy theories create serious risks. They do not merely undermine democratic debate; in extreme cases, they create or fuel violence. If government can dispel such theories, it should do so."

Note: I wonder how having a debate about a conspiracy or not is a bigger risk to democratic debate than the proposals this goof from Harvard is proposing?


Finally:

Consider this excerpt from John Adams' book "A Defense of the Constitutions of Government of the United States of America against the attack of M. Turgot"

Considering his interpretation of what our Founding Fathers intended for our Republic, and his portrayal of the 911 Truth movement - do you think Sunstein has good judgement? Do you think he will be a champion of your liberties? Do you think he gives good advice? Does it seem like he thinks he is better than you?

This is an old rant - but I never addressed being proud of being a so-called "Conspiracy Theorist."
I've addressed that flaccid tinny statement in past articles Ad Nauseum. See the link on left for articles with conspiratorial tags - it'll save some time. But as for WHY I am proud to be a conspiracy theorist ( I couldn't sufficiently define it at the time)- for one reason, because I want to be known as a critical thinker. I also want to be known as an open-minded person capable of considering ANY explanation for events - regardless of my religious beliefs. I do this for those who came before me, those here with me, and those to follow who will have the opportunity to live in the free America I grew up in.

Conspiracy theorists are the only persons capable of considering a conspiracy - so have a leg up on the "crowd." You see, Bernays, you don't fool me.

I'm proud to be a leader not a follower.
I'm proud to be independent-minded.
I'm proud to be of sound enough mind to jealously and passionately guard my rights.
I know that Americans, and all people are the same - but it is the great American system that makes America worth fighting for and losing friends over.

It is my firm belief that the Average American Family is in for some big shocks and some hard times with regards to their savings, civil rights, and the future direction of their country. And if these Americans shrink from their duty to get involved they won't have to worry about the country their children will inherit - because somebody else will own it.

I base these opinions on information available mostly on the internet. Yes - the internet - the last bastion of free speech where even a JackRabbit can express views for the consideration of others. Will it last?

The election of Obama demonstrated that the public knows what they want - but for some reason they can't get what they want. How is it possible to have elected Obama yet the war plan accelerates? Once again we get a smooth-talker who, exactly like GWB did upon election, acts in opposition to campaign promises. If you remember the debates - it was obvious who the corporate owned media deemed worthy of debate time and who they didn't. Is it a coincidence that corporations benefit from Obama's actions and the public suffers? Hmmm - how many times the president's salary was spent getting him elected? No profit-first corporation spends money unless they expect a return on investment.

Jack Rabbit's opinion - your average Joe-6-pack is oblivious to the geopolitical situation because he and wifee are working working working- paying usurious and arbitrary interest to monopoly lenders - paying for private school, paying ever-rising-prices for food as inflation kicks in, getting robbed on gasoline, car repairs, phone bills, car rental bills - basically everything. They are also completely in the dark because their media has been usurped by corporations with no interest in the public good - but in siphoning money into the CEO that runs the slum-like corporation. We used to call them slumlords - but somehow they've become great American heroes these American corporate CEOs - yes the robber-barons - perhaps because they, the robber-barons are the owners of the very media that treats the American public like mushrooms - keep'em in the dark and feed them sh#t. There is no longer any regulation of anything in the United States to the benefit of the average worker. As far as contracts are concerned the party who entered into the contract who is more well-heeled makes the rules. Those rules are the golden rule. Those with the gold rule. Speaking of gold - 2009 should be a good one for gold (IMO)- the metal you can hold in your hand. Liquid for sure. But six-pack Joe has no cash - just credit - which is worthless if you wish to purchase American Eagles.

What's the problem? It's complicated! Risking sounding "crazy" I'll come out and say that it appears to me that we are being sold out in such a way that will ultimately end in one-world-government unless YOU become active to prevent it. The monetary crisis will provide the perfect lens with which to focus the masses to submit to emergency measures required to "fix" the problem - these measures, naturally, will require the surrender of RIGHTS. Is this a conspiracy theory? So what if it is? If it walks like a duck... I don't know if it is or not but it seems reasonable to me that if group A wants to steal everything group B owns - that conspiracy is a given. There is plenty of info on this blog and those linked under Enlightenment. We Americans have tortured. We Americans are imprisoning people without trial. We Americans are firing missies via drone aircraft into sovereign nations. We Americans are occupiers. It is time to wake up -wise up - and stand up. Forget the money wasted on these misadventures of mass murder for a minute - think instead about sending kids to wars based on lies so corporations can profit. Take the most patriotic true believers - put a uniform on them - hand them a machine gun - and make them kill somebody else's kids who are doing exactly the same thing. I ask you reader - what are you getting out of all this militarism? Hmmm I guess if you are employed by the war industry a paycheck. I hope it's worth it.

Somehow the North American Union is on the Way (NAU) with or without public approval. This merging of Canada, USA, and Mexico seems to build itself as anyone you ask about it will deny it. Yet highways are planned. Our borders are unprotected. With the NAU, like the European Union preceding it, is rumored a new currency called the Amero which will be "necessary" (unConstitutional as it is) to solve the financial crisis. Oh and about the financial crisis - mostly a crisis for anybody who has to continue payments on their mortgage at the bubble-market prices. No relief in sight for us - but the banks get bailed out. I've read that 9.3 Trillion Dollars would have payed off EVERY MORTGAGE IN THE UNITED STATES - but whaddaya know - that's not what was done with the phony "bailout" money - it went, it seems, to the same crooks that caused this mess in the first place. If this sounds crazy to you perhaps you can explain what you got out of the bailout - that is unless you work for Goldman Sachs.

Iran - Who the hell wants to send their kid to die in Iran? Send me your name, I'll put you on a list, so the rest of us know not to mourn for your contribution to the conquest of sovereign nations with OUR OIL UNDER THEIR SOIL! I'm sorry for the rage - but what are you going to get personally out of an invasion of another country except higher taxes and the status of a modern-day Nazi in the eyes of the rest of the world. If you consider this writer paranoid - then is it reasonable for me to ask what word can be used to describe the American war on terror - where essentially we have to preemptively strike others (with real missiles killing real people) because of what they might do? How sane is that?

Iraq - WTF? WMD, blah blah blah. Yeah - Powell holds up a test tube of corn starch in front of the world at the U.N. and presto we go to war. Come to find out it was all fabricated, false, fake, lies. That's what we were told and parents all over the U.S. sent their kids into a meat grinder. Lies. We are supposedly concerned about Iraqi civilization. Then WTF happened to all the antiquities from the museums of the cradle of civilization when America's armed forces wrecked the place? The loss of Iraqs artifacts couldn't have done much to help them understand their history any better could it? But our prez did specifically warn them not to burn the oil wells in Iraq when we attacked them without cause. Do you remember that? Meanwhile irreplaceable, priceless artifacts vanish thanks to an absolute disregard to their importance. We're from the American government and we're here to help. To the average person it may seem too sick to fathom that anyone would invade another country for natural resources - after all we are talking about human life here. Is it possible that our leaders don't share our values?

Afghanistan - This is an easy one - Opium poppy. Pre-911 Taliban wiped this crop out. America moves in- banner crop every year. I'm also old enough to remember when the Soviets tried to take the place - what a bloodbath - but now Amerika moves in because we are so much braver etc... than the rest of mankind including antiquity. Pat Tillman died in Afghanistan and we were told numerous lies about the circumstances - now it seems the man in charge during that fiasco - is - no - not demoted - put in charge of the whole place. Yeah that makes a lot of sense to me - NOT. What can explain such actions of our leaders?

Federal Reserve - don't talk about this topic or your head may end up back and to the left.

911 WAS AN INSIDE JOB - yes, I'm finally able to understand that the American masses don't have either the education or the time or the energy to understand the scientific findings pointing to nano-thermate and where such a thing comes from. That's really a testimonial for our education system which is ........bad word. Wait....I'm in business too... lemme think about this - lots of military ad money - nano thermite/thermate (unreacted) found in WTC dust - nano thermite comes from military-industrial-educational-mercenary complex - a connection? Torture - On this topic - I am stuck. I cannot reconcile OSHA regulations and Torture chambers. Maybe it's just me but all I can say is that OSHA needs to be disbanded because Americans don't care about torture - unless that is - their precious little one is held captive in one of our occupied countries - then - suddenly - this becomes a horrible, medieval practice. Pure witchcraft......but don't we have to burn them with cigs to get fake info to embark on corporate resource wars? Yes - I want cheap gasoline to go the beach which I never get because they raise the price every tourist season - but my kid is being tortured. That's wrong - but I don't care if they torture "terrorists" who've been named terrorists without a trial because they are Muslims - where is my Happy Meal?

Americans - my fellow "citizens" (and I use that term loosely) - WAKE THE FLOCK UP! Your country, and most importantly, your Bill of Rights is being stolen from you for the interests of... Who? Finally - a word of encouragement. The powers manipulating the American system are those who take the time, interest, and money to do so. Resolving Our Internal Conflict is the Second Step

Fighting an enemy is a multistep process. Identification of the enemy is first - how else can one know who to target? In a previous post the identification of enemies of the American people was discussed. Once the enemy has been defined one is faced with combating this enemy. In our case we will consider defeating a domestic enemy.

First off we are faced with our own personal conflicts that arise - if the enemy is domestic - embedded in our government - how in the heck do we follow orders, keep oaths, and at the same time fight against the very system to which we've all agreed to remain loyal?

Speaking for myself - maybe I'm getting too sentimental here - I love the United States. Why? Because it is the American system that provided the environment in which I've been able, so far, to determine my own destiny. It isn't perfect, of course, but until very recently I've never met an American that would disagree that this system gives us all a chance to follow our dreams - that our individual spirit was the only factor limiting personal achievement of goals. Not any more!

Consider these quotes from Thomas Jefferson. Remember - he was, among other things, a U.S. President. Is it reasonable to assert that our existing president and his clone predecessor represent a system that would have Thomas Jefferson jailed for making these statements? Our country has taken ill my friends - when quotes from Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence are too radical for TV - it is time to stop and think about what the hell is going on around here!

Todays Amerika is a nation of greed and corruption. Wars of aggression sold to the public via interconnected and interlocking radio, television, print, entertainment and other propaganda purveyors of deceit. Shameless and tireless corporate-owned liars employing their trained silver tongues to sell and justify torture, war crimes, false-flag attacks ,targeted killings , and mercenary armies terrorizing nations that have done nothing to us. Although this doesn't scratch the surface a person has to be either insane or just plain stupid not to realize that this is NOT AMERICA. So how do we deal with a domestic enemy?

This is not nearly as difficult as it sounds. Not to oversimplify - but before you listen to what I have to say you may want to read DOMESTIC CHALLENGES TO THE OATH OF OFFICE:THE MODERN OFFICER‘S RESPONSIBILITY IN REVOLUTION.

Perhaps military oath of office, natural law, constitutional law - doing what one knows is right - all can be pulled together rather simply. If one defines the enemy as anyone suggesting or pushing any agenda that requires Americans to surrender inalienable rights spelled out in the Bill of Rights, or anyone with an agenda that is contrary to preservation and protection of the U.S Constitution the next step is resolving internal conflicts. Why? Because until one is settled in their own mind that they are morally justified in their actions, that their actions are GOOD, that their actions have the ultimate aim of SAVING AMERICA their actions won't have the maximum impact. Lack of conviction on the part of leaders will be detected by those still on the fence leading to doubt. So how does one sort all this out so they know they are doing the right thing?

I propose that one can battle a domestic enemy and maintain their oath. How you may ask, if one considers that the U.S. Constitution is subject to interpretation and is a living document? Easy.

First off the Constitution comes along with the Bill of Rights which are inalienable. Also to be taken alongside the Constitution is the Declaration of Independence of the United States which very clearly explicates the reasons citizens must refresh their government. But how to break all this down into a definable problem?

I suggest that regardless of various interpretations of the Constitution and Bill of Rights - one aspect of the system transcends all - that is the system of checks and balances built into the American system of government. Regardless of ones stance on the right to bear arms, abortion, free speech etc... I propose that anyone attempting to subvert the system of checks and balances is an enemy of the American people because they are destroying the very foundation and genius of the American system of government. Agents intent on the destruction of the system of checks and balances act contrary to America and Americans and Liberty. One can be confident that following that voice inside, becoming a whistleblower, refusing illegal orders and bringing down those whose actions contribute to the undermining of the system of checks and balances is a true patriot who can dispose of conflicts preventing them from acting.

The time is now. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Settle your mind and do what is right for America before it is too late.

Identification of the enemy is the first step in any war. Proper identification of enemies requires the consideration of domestic enemies as well as foreign. In the case of 911 Truth we are faced with both foreign and domestic enemies. In some cases we are faced with domesticated foreign enemies. One easily identifiable domestic enemy is the U.S. Corporate Media/Propaganda apparatus.

How can one tell the U.S. media is an enemy? One is their incessant call for the suppression of free speech. Of all the the occupations that live within our crumbling republic - the one I would last expect to call for the suppression of free speech would be a media enterprise. But this is not America anymore - but Amerika where the media has morphed from public servant to corporate serpent.

The issue that most represents the disservice Amerikan Corporate media does to the United States is that of the 911 Truth movement. This ballooning grass-roots movement never sees its reflection in the corporate media mirror. Instead a distorted fun-house reflection replies to the truther's eyes. Shouts for 911 Truth! into the abyss that is the corporate media fib-factory return no echo to affirm the existence of the 911 Truther's voice. Quite the contrary - the see-no-evil, hear-no-evil, see-no-conspiracy media monkeys maintain a majestic silence regarding the facts surrounding the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Silence regarding the facts - that is.

Notice how Glenn Beck is a disinformation agent - he mis-represents the facts of the 911 Truth movement. Why? Who is he working for?


Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh, Joe Scarborough, many of our elected officials, the last three United States Presidents, venal Congresspersons, corrupt officials , leftys, righties - almost everyone with a podium that would lend credibility to the movement somehow remain committed to suppressing, discrediting, ridiculing and marginalizing the 911 grass-roots-scientifically-supported-ever-growing majority that is the 911 Truth Movement. Why?



BLACKMAIL (click) , corruption, bribery, and profit. Hidden agendas of the power elite propagated by the corporate whore media are the fodder for the herd that is the American public. There is no limit to the available airtime regarding Michael Jackson, Anna Nicole Smith and myriad minutia designed (yes designed) to distract, disinform, deflect and obfuscate matters of grave importance that betray decay at the foundations of our republic. Like what?

Like 911 Truth. The body of evidence demonstrating foreknowledge , nano-thermate, foreign and domestic enemy involvement, treasonous actions and inactions of high government officials, death squads, torture, war crimes, wars of aggression, FBI AWOL (click) , corrupt NSA, CIA, insane TSA - it's all documented - much available on this blog. So what do we do about it?

Public enemy number one is the U.S. Corporate-owned media. This propaganda apparatus can be identified as your enemy because they not only fail in their duty as watchdog, but they are active disinformation disseminators ensuring media blackouts of the most important issues of our time. While America morphs into Amerika the corporate media smears any patriot with the common sense or open-mindedness to consider conspiracy as an explanation for events. Ask yourself why the deposition given by Sibel Edmonds implicating TREASON and blackmail are not on the front page of every newspaper, the main story on every newscast, the main story on every radio talk show. Let me take a crack at the answer - because the puppetmasters that own your politicians own the media too.

Public enemy number one also sold us the wars. Public enemy number one is a cheerleader for merchants of death. Public enemy number one is a marketing masterpiece that will be the ruin of your Republic. Public enemy number one reported the collapse of WTC7 before it actually collapsed exactly in the manner of a controlled demolition. Public enemy number one is always a day late and a dollar short with information valuable to citizens of a republic. Public enemy number one is on time every time when delivery of propaganda is required by a blackmailed government or greedy corporation. Yep - they'll serve it up piping hot right out of the the pentagon lie-factory when the public needs another jolt of terror. Gotta keep the wars going!

Public enemy number one needs to be yoked and put back to work for the people. The liars they've hired should be remembered for their disservice to the Republic for which the 911 Truth movement stands.

911 Truth should be viewed as a litmus test for any media outlet's credibility. If they suppress 911 Truth you know they are your enemy - public enemy number one. Those media outlets, like KBDI in Colorado , who show the courage to present this dark aspect of modern Amerika pass the credibility litmus test. Try it out - see if you agree after paying attention for some time.

Remember that the fake 911 media myth could not be propagated without media complicity from the first moments of the attacks as is obvious in this video showing a "witness" who is either clairvoyant or reciting a script given his ability to determine the exact conspiracy story the U.S. government would feed the herd.

Here is a guy that is not afraid to be a conspiracy theorist - yeah don't tell me he was in show biz and that is a problem... the fact is he is a Navy S.E.A.L. which means he paid his dues - then went into show biz. The advantage is that he's been in both places and knows both Businesses if you wanna' call them that. But it doesn't matter.

Videos below: But if you will allow me a few words of commentary about our brave journalists on mainstream media I'd like to share some thoughts with you after I read this article.

Name-calling, "They're Crazy!" - the last gasp of the debater that has run out of rational arguments. Ad hominem attacks from the corporate-owned media shills directed toward the masses serve the careful viewer by highlighting the sameness that is the U.S. media mushroom factory. More on that in a minute but first let me call your attention to Chris and friends.

I almost feel sorry for Chris and his psychologist-wannabee friends as they scratch their chins and giggle like schoolgirls condemning citizens who show the audacity to do Chris Matthews' job for him. What is that job? That job is watchdog. FYI Chris - the job of a watchdog is to bark when something is amiss - not to silence other watchdogs that are barking because you, Chris, keep telling them they are crazy. You see Chis, it works like this. There is something wrong. You, Chris watchdog... bark. Unfortunately for the viewing public, you Chris watchdog, are one of those ankle-biters that never stops barking, and barking, and barking about .......nothing.....giggle..... tee-hee. Anybody have a fiddle to play while we watch the country burn?

Chris Matthews poses as somewhat of a lefty but amazingly spews the same drivel as Glenn Beck who poses as a righty. If they are so far apart - why do they agree on one thing...that people questioning their government are "crazy." Not only is this logical fallacy - it is allowed onto the public airwaves with very little criticism pointing that fact out. I don't see good journalism here. Anyway, here are a few videos to show you the vast spectrum that is politics in America today. I differ with Chris and friends - I feel that the only stupid question is the one that goes unasked. So ask away and put your governments feet to the fire. Exercise your rights to protect them. And when the watchdogs turn out to be lapdogs it is time to expose them, fire them and get some big dogs on the case.

I find it fascinating that these people all agree on one thing - that they are the only sane people left. Let's examine those facts as adults and investigators. Let's use the scientific method, not logical fallacy to frame debates. Let the chips fall where they may.
