(AP) Guatemalans sue over 1940s U.S. syphilis experiments

"The lawsuit comes after revelations that U.S. scientists studying the effects of penicillin in the 1940s deliberately infected about 700 Guatemalan prisoners, mental patients, soldiers and orphans. None was informed or gave consent."

Note: This makes it easy for prosecutors - since they don't have to present evidence at a trial - just kill who you think is the problem and case closed. What ever happened to due process? The argument seems to come back from the pro-murder people:
well - they are not US citizens so they don't have a right to a trial. Great so you can take the liberty to murder someone with a poison dart because they are not a US citizen.

Perhaps we can put a check box on tax returns that says: "I do NOT want my tax money used for murder"
