JERRY KANE: RAW CCTV Video of West Memphis AR cop killers getting killed in Walmart Parking lot

I don't like the term in the title "cop killer" since it implies that one human life is somehow more precious than another.

There still seems to be great interest in this story regarding the shooting of Jerry Kane and son. In previous posts I've been criticized by chauvinistic supporters of our public servants, the police, as somehow "praising" the Kanes for "what they had done."

Nothing could be further from the truth since I don't know what they did other than a traffic stop ended up with a body count of 4 people - two cops and two civilians.

I'm more interested in examining the "us vs. them" mentality of police in America. The SWAT police - the heavily armed assault-weapon carrying, tinted-window cruiser driving police that are acting as the strong-men of the suits infringing on the rights of Americans. Commenters have said that there is video of the dashcam from the police cruiser showing the original traffic stop - that the Kanes opened fire on the police for no reason - and that led to their being rammed and shot to death in the Wal-Mart parking lot below. If that is the case - then I hope someone will send me the video so I can post it here.

Life, to me at least, is precious. I don't distinguish between the life of a cop or a citizen. But it seems to me that those who see things the way I do - that all life is precious - are not making themselves heard - whether in the police departments or in public life. The fact that we now are supposed to distinguish between a police officer and a "civilian" is in itself - absurd. But it demonstrates the cultural shift in American life that must be reversed - and the police are going to have to help. If they don't join hands with the public to fix this violence problem in our country - I believe many more will die in incidents similar to this one.

This July 4th I think we should all reflect on what Liberty we have and how we can come together as citizens with a common goal to preserve our liberty, without labels either assigned to us or self-assigned - and boldly hold our government accountable in all matters. The Kanes and the cops are dead - now the families get to suffer. It didn't have to be that way. Both share some of the blame.

Note: So am I supposed to sit here and deny it? Or should I look at the facts before saying "They wouldn't do that!"

I think the possiblity is worth considering in light of recent revelations that the Obama administration has claimed the right to kill American citizens PUBLICLY? As long as the police can release video and audio demonstrating that things happened the way they claim they happened the "conspiracy theory" will go away. Too bad we can't ask Jerry Kane or his 16 year old son Joseph Kane - both victims of yet another police killing. Protect and serve.

"When the chief learned that the suspects were cornered in the Walmart parking lot about 90 minutes after the shooting, he grabbed his weapon and headed out of his house. He wanted to be the one to shoot them, he said.

But an officer arrived at Paudert's house and told him both suspects were dead. The other suspect was Joe Kane's father, Jerry.

"These animals had no value for human life," said Paudert. "I believe justice was served in that parking lot. They shot chief (W.A.) Wren and Sheriff (Dick) Busby. Lord knows how many people, officers and innocent bystanders could have been killed in that parking lot if they hadn't been stopped

...Paudert told them that as of Tuesday, he wanted officers carrying shotguns on traffic stops. He wanted one officer to approach while a second officer stood back with a shotgun ready to fire if the situation turns dangerous.

I would expect more and more rumors to become the norm since it is our own government that refuses to address torture and claims the right to assassinate American citizens.

It is THEIR FAULT such questions arise and that we now must take in to consideration the possibility that OUR OWN GOVERNMENT will assassinate its own citizens.

We have evidence that OUR OWN GOVERNMENT had to be involved in the attacks of September 11, 2001 and that WTC7, the smoking gun of 911 was imploded.

So when fringe stories arise - I'll at least take them in to consideration - and I'm not going to apologize for it.

It is up to OUR GOVERNMENT, and the people in it - to demonstrate through their actions that they share the values of WE THE PEOPLE - and so far they have shown themselves to be capable of invading countries that never attacked us, torture and mass murder in Iraq.

We are still in Afghanistan - people keep dying every day.

It is OUR GOVERNMENT that has NO CREDIBILITY - and our puppet pentagon media that is right at the vanguard of the suppression of truth in this country.

So will I consider "fringe" ideas and make up my own mind each time every time? You bet.

" Law enforcement officials have still not identified the Kane's as the ones who killed the officers at the traffic stop. However, ALL the headlines presume it and all this drivel, false accusations, guilty until proven innocent articles have condemned them already. The only facts on the table at this point is that the Kane's were killed by law enforcement. The videos are all there. The pictures are all there. The statements by law enforcement and the media are all there but where's the proof?

Where's the video and audio of the Kane's shooting the officers at the traffic stop? NON-EXISTENT! Tell me the West Memphis Police don't have audio and video capabilities in the patrol cars. They should have been able to screen to the public within minutes what happened. This information is still not available. WHY?"

Note: Where is the video and audio is a very good question. This reminds me of the situation here in Charlottesville, Virginia where Congresscritter Periello's brother's gas grill line was cut - the media hyped it up beyond belief until they had the soccer mom's screaming for blood. Never heard a word since. Once the FBI was called in to "investigate" I knew we'd never get the truth. But they got their "everybody is resorting to violence " message out on the airwaves - and that was the last we heard of it.
