Denying the Individual Right to Freedom of Speech is like "Trying to Take the Heaviness out of Lead" - must watch Video

In light of Obombya signing an extension of the USA NAZI ACT again - here is a video everyone interested in becoming free again should watch.

After watching this video I challenge you to justify the actions of Crass (shut up or go to jail) Spinstein and Barack (What is a Bill of Rights?) Obombya regarding their pretended authority over the rights of individuals. Perhaps they are actually scholars of a constitution other than the one Franklin, Washington, Adams, Madison, Jefferson et al. developed. That is the only explanation I can come up with. So they really are doing their job defending "a constitution" - just not the one we were thinking about. Can you come up with a better explanation?

Here's a snippet from the article linked in previous paragraph to demonstrate the complete disregard for Americans' rights - from so-called "Constitutional Scholars" - HA! With friends of the Constitution like these - who needs enemies? Here's what will stay in place thanks to our weak-minded prez:
"

• Authorize court-approved roving wiretaps that permit surveillance on multiple phones.

• Allow court-approved seizure of records and property in anti-terrorism operations.

• Permit surveillance against a so-called lone wolf, a non-U.S. citizen engaged in terrorism who may not be part of a
recognized terrorist group.

The Senate also approved the measure, with privacy protections cast aside when Senate Democrats lacked the necessary
60-vote supermajority to pass them. Thrown away were restrictions and greater scrutiny
on the government's authority to spy on Americans and seize their records
"

Only a madman would think he has the power to steal your dreams. Take the time to watch this video because- as Badnarik states - it is that Americans don't understand RIGHTS vs. PRIVILEGES -that Americans are not more inflamed regarding the attacks on their liberties.

Michael Badnarik mentions a section of his book on this topic you can download FREE BY CLICKING HERE

UPDATE FEB 28, 2010 FYI I made a slight change to a sentence above that after re-reading this - could have been taken as words attributed to M. Badnarik - it didn't sound quite right so I shortened it to only include his words.

  1. "The Jewish people as a whole will become its own Messiah. It will attain world dominion by the dissolution of other races, by the abolition of frontiers, the annihilation of monarchy and by the establishment of a world republic in which the Jews will everywhere exercise the privilege of citizenship.

In this New World Order the children of Israel will furnish all the leaders without encountering opposition. The Governments of the different peoples forming the world republic will fall without difficulty into the hands of the Jews. It will then be possible for the Jewish rulers to abolish private property and everywhere to make use of the resources of the state. Thus will the promise of the Talmud be fulfilled, in which is said that when the Messianic time is come, the Jews will have all the property of the whole world in their hands."

  2. I'm sorry, this is so full of shit it's unbelievable.

Property rights transcend culture? Native Americans didn't see the land as property, and they didn't draw invisible lines dividing personal or group territories either.

I suppose Mr Badnarik thinks that if one man acquired all property legally through trade, then he could decide to starve and evict the entire population of the Earth at his sole discretion, and that this would be Just and Good.

If the Constitution is so wonderful, then why are we in such a mess? Maybe it's because the Constitution is highly flawed and was written by slave owners who wanted to "protect their private property" from the "rabble" (that's us).

We only have whatever rights we individually and collectively are willing to fight for, and I personally would be happy to fight AGAINST the "right" of anyone or anything own an unlimited amount of land, money or goods.

I'm glad you think it is so flawed and blah blah slave owner. Since they did such a lousy job with the Bill of Rights I'm gonna' give you your wish - I'm deleting your comment and taking away you freedom of speech as they set it up for you. Then you can live in the world that would be without Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Madison...

I agree - do you include Cass Sunstein who wants to declare people "terrorists" so as to take away their freedom of speech?

Now I have to leave your comment up and allow you to answer. Somehow denying freedom of speech doesn't seem to work.
