Note: This is why the death penalty is wrong. The death penalty, just like Cass Sunstein's inherent superior ability to determine the truth or falsity of a "conspiracy theory" assumes that the justice system is infallible - and got it right. Once you kill someone there is no way to un-do the mistake - as we are finding out more and more is the case.

There's little wrong with the death penalty, only that is shouldn't be handed out by these judicial swine. Anyone should be able to dispense lethal justice.
