The question, as always, is what the bill actually covers. Laws are open to interpretation. People are aware of the threats our food supply faces - see "The world according to Monsanto" and "Food Inc." if you are not.
What you are seeing is people who are fed up.
And finally - you have to ask yourself - if he doesn't know what he's talking about - why in the world this law is not written clearly enough for anyone to understand.
When a government tortures and defends extrajudicial murder - it is very very hard to the average person to believe that that same government has the protection of our food supply at the top of their "to-do" list.
I applaud the man for speaking out and voicing his opinion. The interpretation of the law will become obvious once enforcement begins- regardless of your opinion, his opinion, or my opinion of its meaning.

I thought this guy was funny, because he doesn't know what he's talking about. Then I watched this video, and it actually is just painful. I feel sorry for this guy.
