---Note---This is fascinating.  After killing one million Iraqis, Saddam, creating all the refugees, widows, orphans, DU casualties, armless and legless cases - we are going to fix this for them?  Perhaps I can decode this - "we are from the government and we are here to help."  Really - we are - honestly - we're Americans and international gangsters - you can trust us.

If you haven't seen the documentary "The War You Don't See" take the time to watch it.  I know these archeology people wish to do good toward the people of Iraq - but one wonders about their backers and who will benefit?  Obvoiusly something needs to be done to preserve history - but first watch that documentary and then look at such issues as discussed in this article with a more educated eye.  The vid is posted several posts down on this blog.
